SteveSBE Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 When accessing the Administrative Console using URL http:///admin using Firefox on my MacBook pro with Mac OS X v 10.5.8 I get the following status message at the bottom of Firefox: "Applet com.universaldevices.client.ui.UDClientApplet notloaded". I can successfully access the console via URL http///admin.jnlp. I am running Insteon_UD99 v.2.8.16 and my product is ISY 99i/IR (1030). Per Java.... Below is a dump from the Java console. Java version 1.6 64 bit (SE 6 64-bit 1.6.0_22-b04-307) is the first priority in my Java Preferences window. But it looks like it runs version 1.5. Just so you know, "Keep temporary files for faxt access:" is checked, I have 1,000 MB of cache and I've repeatedly have removed and re-added certificates and cleared the cache. How can I get the applet working? SteveSBE Posted February 19, 2011 Author Posted February 19, 2011 Just a followup. I didn't have the OS version 1.6.x on my Macbook Pro and will see if that corrects the problem...
SteveSBE Posted February 19, 2011 Author Posted February 19, 2011 Applying the OS and software updates to get to OS x v 10.6.6 took care of my problem. Steve
