Is this possible with a KPL and Venstar?

I'd like to be able to program a KPL button to toggle either heat or AC on using my Venstar T1800 with Dongle. Is this possible, and how is it best accomplished? My ultimate goal is to turn the heat or AC on/off as I either come in my home or leave it. Would it be possible to do this all from one button on the KPL?

I use a KPL button to put my place in the 'Away' mode when I'm leaving, and after I come home, opening the garage door switches things back.
