Garage Lights (at night/on@35%-whenitdetectsmotion100%)

I just recently purchased a isy-991ir and was wondering if I could make this scene/event work.

Stagecoach lights on my garage come on via a motion sensor when it gets dark out.

What I would like to do is have them come on at about 35% but when the sensor

detects motion they will ramp up fast and go to 100% for a set time.

Has anyone made something like this work?

I have had quite a few x10 devices in my house for about 6yrs now, I can't wait to hook up some of these Insteon

devices I have ordered. A couple other events I'm working on include:

Garage Door Opener via iphone/internet

Gas Fireplace on/off (With contact for the flame and a appliance receptacle for the blower motor)

Incorporate existing x10 modules for my flood lights

Any other recommendations that you guys/gals have would be great!

Thanks for all your help!

I would think this would be relatively straight-forward. There are issues with motion sensor programs near the end of the daily operating period, but I suggest looking at the wiki articles (search motion sensor) and previous forum post to get a sense of those.

For your specific example, I am thinking about two programs. One:

if from sunset
to sunrise (next day)

then
set coach lights to 35%

else
set coach lights off

Two:

if
from sunset
to sunrise (next day)
and
control motion sensor is set on

then
set coach lights to 100%
wait set time
set coach lights to 35%

else

I am sure there are other options that would work as well, or better.
