timlacey Posted November 8, 2011 Share Posted November 8, 2011 My ISY and PLM have been chugging along for years now, and although I updated to 3.1.10 about a week ago, nothing else has changed. On Sunday night, the PLM and ISY were not functioning properly, and after eliminating Homeseer as the cause, I found that I could issue commands to lights and run queries on devices, but that commands sent from the devices were not reaching the ISY. I checked the PLM Links and there were NONE. I knew something was wrong. Resetting the PLM (the ISY has its own power supply so I'm not resetting it also) solves the problem. The Links reappear, the ISY responds to events, and everything is fine. Then suddenly it will stop again and revert back to the situation where the PLM is not receiving anything. I'm now having to reset it often more than once per hour by simply unplugging and plugging back in the PLM. How can I determine that this is a PLM issue? Are there any revisions to the PLM past v1.0 (i have the 2413s v93 purchased 5/24/2010)? Thanks. . . I need to get a new PLM or other fix asap. Brian H Posted November 8, 2011 Share Posted November 8, 2011 Yes there are revisions above 1.0 for the 2413S. I don't have any specifics on tests but imagine others will. Though power cycling it hourly to get its link database back. Sounds like it is failing. If it was purchased 05/24/2010 and you do determine it is getting flaky.
