Guest w1cked Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 I am running the latest beta 3.13 and just finished my install last night. My ISY is talking to the ELK but i noticed that on the isy area zone status is not updating after a reboot of the isy. The only way to get the zone status to come up is actually going to that zone and opening and closing the contact. Is this normal??? I can arm and disarm the alarm from the ISY admin screen.

Zone status does only change when you open/close the contact. I'm guessing what you are looking for is the the Alarm status of the area the zone is contained in.
