I found this app hard to figure out with logging onto the ISY-99 from both the network and outside the network using a static IP address. I was looking for an app that would let me quickly load and tap "getting home" while driving. It gives me error messages saying connection error and even after I get it to work the next time it doesn't. I can go to Safari and type in one address to access my ISY-99 no matter where I am but not with this app.

 

Second gripe is I can not stand that after I purchased this app I have to view them trying to sell me somehting on the home screen, that's just rude. I would understant if I was using it for free but I'm not.

 

As a consumer I want it to be simple with the option to complicate it further and I don't want fixed sale items on screens.

 

You try to build apps that are functional and neat, do the programmers of this really think taking up my limited screen space with a sales pitch is really "neat".

Please download our latest version of MobiLinc released today from Apple. This version gives you the option to move the store to the Settings Page so that it is out of sight for you.

 

I'm sorry to hear that you were having remote access issues with MobiLinc. Networking can be tricky to get all the pieces in place to make everything work as intended. If you like some help with MobiLinc, please contact us at support@mobilinc.com and we can work through your remote access issues. However, with today's update, we are introducing MobiLinc Connect, our no port-forward solution for the ISY which you may find as an easier alternative to the direct method. You can access your ISY anywhere without any network setup.
