What do I need to access the isy via an android based device

Possibly I am looking in all the wrong places, but have not found anything definitive.

It seems to me that the answer to this would be based partly on the level of "access" that one desires. For example, there is some level of access using the default browser. There is also some level of "access" using the apps "conductor" and "mobilinc".
