I am trying to link a keypadlinc. When I linked it I used the keep the existing links option. When I pressed finish to start having it pull in the configs it went in to the initialization dialog box. It has been initialzinizing for about 50 minutes now. Everytime it gets to 100% it starts over. I tried to cancel out of it and it didn't work. I even closed down the browser, but when I log on again it automatically starts initializing again. Normal? help? Thanks.

When you “keep existing links†the ISY may have MANY devices to access and retrieve their link database as well as the KeypadLinc link database. Let it run. There will be many progress bars as each step in the process produces a new progress bar. If you had managed to terminate the process the KeypadLinc would likely have issues with links pointing to non existing devices.
