boojes Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 I looked for information on the forum but could not find information related to my specific situation. Recently, I had to swap out an approximately four year old KeypadLinc that had died. I replaced it with a newer KPL running v.40. I ran the replace function through the ISY, but have experienced an issue with one of the buttons. I used to have one button that would run a scene to turn all the lights off in my house which no longer works when I push that key. I have verified the scene works and that the ISY is seeing that the key is pushed, but it does not activate when when I press the KPL button. I have removed said button from the scene and re-added it but still no response. Any auggestions? I am currently running firmware 3.2.4 on the ISY. Thanks.

Edit the scene, select the KPL button and verify the "OnLevel" and "Ramp Rate" settings. -Xathros
