robandcathy1 Posted May 20, 2012 Posted May 20, 2012 Does anyone know a inexpensive way to monitor swinning pool temp, I would like the Isy to run a program to heat my pool to temp and then shut off the heater and pump. alos a water level indicator so I can some how wire in a valve to keep pool water level at correct hight. Grateful for any help. One last think I forgot I also need one for my heater because it misfires sometimes and have to turn it off and back on, here a temp sensor would be handy as well to make sure heater is actually running.
apostolakisl Posted May 20, 2012 Posted May 20, 2012 A CAI Webcontrol board will do these things inexpensively but it does require a computer running to sync it with ISY. The cai unit is IP enabled and the ISY network module allows communication with it using Ioguys program which he has posted on this forum. The program runs on a PC that must be on for things to stay synced.
