jmed999
Well I soldered the back of the board to disable the humidity values being sent to my ISY. The only problem is now the green background light and all the buttons stay lit 24/7. They wont turn off. Any ideas on how to solve this? Link to comment
LeeG
The PC board was removed, soldering the back? That is likely a multi layer board so the two solder tabs on the front of the board for no humidity may not be the same thing on the back of the board. Link to comment
jmed999
I soldered the C32 or C35 (I forget which one it was) together like others suggested. Link to comment
LeeG
On my T2491T1E (T1700 with Insteon dongle internal) the solder tabs labeled No Hum are J4. Link to comment

LeeG
Regarding the backlighting question, what mode is defined for the backlighting? Link to comment
jmed999
Not sure I understand your question. Link to comment
LeeG
The thermostat has a number of backlight modes. One mode has the backlight on between certain times of day. One mode has the backlight on for a few seconds and then turn Off. The backlight settings are covered in the Thermostat User Guide on 8.2. Link to comment
