Light switch toggling between 80% & 100%

I have some programs set up in the bathroom to turn the lights off after x amount of time. The way I have it set up is adding 10 minutes of time every time you hit on. However, we also have it set so that turning on puts it at 80% lighting. Hitting it again for more time toggles it to 100%, and again back to 80%, etc. Any ideas on how to make it stop toggling from that, and only go to 100% from a fast on?

That is a function of the SwitchLinc firmware. Toggles between the Local On Level and 100% On. I don't know of any way to change the way the SwitchLinc firmware works. A Program could be triggered from the On paddle press and issue an On to 80%. Depending on the Ramp Rate it may not get much brighter before the Program request sets it back to 80%.

Putting an 20% less bright bulb in it, and setting local level to 100% would solve the toggling issue. How often do you use fast on and 100% brightness?
