Water Temp Notifications Help...

Guys I need your help fine tuning my latest project...

The goal is to get an email notification to several of my neighbors in the Home Owners Association that are interested in the temperature of our 8 acre pond. As of now I have several programs and notifications like this one

If
       Time is  7:00:00AM
   And Status  'Thermostats / 1F.0F.93 - Main' >= 30° (Temperature)
   And Status  'Thermostats / 1F.0F.93 - Main' <= 39° (Temperature)

Then
       Send Notification to 'My e-mail' content 'Water Temp 30-39F'

Else
  - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action')

As you can see this just sends a notification stating the temp is between X and Y. I would like it to send a more precise temp reading instead of a 10 degree spread.

How can I do this without having a ton of programs and notifications? I suppose I could make something like 70 programs and 70 notifications to cover each degree from 25F to 95F but I'm hoping there is another way.

Any ideas? Thanks!
