I am getting this:

 

Error Code: 0

Error Message: A connection failure occurred: SSL problem

 

I can still send commands but I can't see the status (grayed out). This is over https.

 

I've tried installing a new certificate and checked all the clocks. Any suggestions?

    The self-signed cert may not be setup correctly. Can you use Safari to log into your ISY using the https address?

    I don't use Safari but when I try to access my ISY remotely from my desktop PC at work, I can't log in using https. When I change the address to http it lets me log in. That can't be right? I am using DynDns as my static IP address.

    Have you tried rebooting your ISY? You might want to contact UDI tech support to assist.
