Italic vs. Non-Italic device names

In the Admin Console, why do some device names appear in Italics, while others are non-Italic?

 

Periodically a device name format changes from Italic to Non-Italic depending on where you're clicking within the Admin Console. Why?

 

Sometimes a device name will be Italic within the ISY folder, but the same device will be Non-Italic when listed within a scene. Why?

Within an ISY Scene Responders are Blue, Controllers are Red and displayed in Italics

 

Not sure exactly what the other situations being asked about. Can you added some additional detail?
