Inconsistent triggering of lighting event with Elk and ISY99

Hello, I use the ELK M1G to trigger Insteon lights in my home via ISY99 controller. I have rules in the Elk which trigger the lighting events. Everything works great for the mostpart however the rules don't seem to always trigger the lighting event if the time is after midnight. For whatever reason, the lighting events seem to be much more inconsistent then. Is there anything that could cause this behaviour?
