Thanks, does that mean I need to have it in twice if I want to both use it as a trigger and as something to take action on?
I'm not sure on that one I only use it to trigger the routine you might want to use a different variable to trigger something on the ISY end or else it could turn in to a loop back and forth between the 2.

When you add a variable in the portal set it as a motion sensor then you can use it to trigger routines with Alexa.

For the motion sensor it should probably use control instead of status so when motion is switched on.

What is it that does not show. The properties? The status values on the properties? Is that in eisy-ui, or AC and UDM connected on port 80 or 443?

I was referring to the eisy-ui
For the yolink plugin I see the same as what @sjenkinsposted in his screen shots and it also shows correctly in UDM.
I think the issues I s waseeing with UDM might be related to the portal issues of lately because I did see it work at times today.

I installed 0.4.3 and the status are coming through on eisy.local except for the yolink plugin does not show for my temperature sensors. I also noticed UD Mobile does not load status unless you click on the item then it brings up the status but they load automatically when I'm on the local network.

When eisy-ui is installed, IoX does not connect to portal. eisy-ui does.
So if you have no portal connection, make sure eisy-ui service is running. If it is, restart it and watch the logs.
I reinstalled eisy-ui and it came online with the portal but I have found every time eisy is restarted I have to perform "sudo service eisyui restart" to get the eisy-ui to load and the system to show online in the portal.

Please install this IoX build:
isy-5.9.1_21.pkgsudo pkg add -f isy-5.9.1_21.pkg
sudo service isy restart
The latest IoX published release might be missing required fixes.
Unfortunately after updating isy it will not connect to the portal. Locally everything is working but will not connect to the portal

Are your devices listed as being supported?
The known list of supported devices models are:
- HS100 (US)
- HS110 (US)
- HS220 (US)
- HS300 (US) SmartStrip
- KL110 (US)
- KL120 (US)
- KL130 (US)
- KL430 (US) LightStrip
If you have another device not listed and it is working properly please let me know.
Unknown devices
All other simple plug and bulb devices should work, the nodeserver attempts to figure out the capabilities of the device instead of hardcoding based on the model. But if you have an issue please add to UDI Poly Kasa Issues Feel free to Fork this repo and add support as you like and send me a pull request.

From what I remember you setup you devices in the Kasa app then PG3 will bring them over to ISY.

When the ISY program is restarted if you look in the error log there is a "start" line in there that indicates ISY has started.
-
You can try replacing the power supply if you have something laying around because it sounds like the unit is not fully booting.
-
Multiples work fine together. I have 2 of the 2's, one 3 and the car charger.
-
Under Devices and Scenes the 3 dots at the top pick Controller Settings then there is Program and Variable Settings where you can activate request status to have it load.

I'm pleased to announce the plugin does support switching to auxiliary heat.

The Venstar T7900 has that capability, and there is a plugin for it. But the plugin itself doesn't have the ability to switch heating mode to auxiliary.
@Guy Lavoiethanks for the information on the Venstar. I ordered the Ecobee and I think it will fill my needs.
-
I'm considering getting the Ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium because of its ability to switch to auxiliary heat based on outside temperature. In case that does not work as I expect I was curious if the plugin had the ability to switch the Thermostat to auxiliary heat mode? I appreciate any feedback anybody could supply about the auxiliary heat function of the Ecobee.

Yesterday their app said they were down for service/improvements.

When on commands work reliably and off commands do not you need to start looking at the loads that are being turned on for noise issues.
-
You need to select a device in the scene then configure what happens with the other device when it is activated.
-
You can not control the secondary buttons directly so the fix is to put the button in a scene then you can control the scene in your program.
-
On eisy 5 button presses reboots the device and 6 button presses shuts down the unit where the light will turn red and you can safely unplug the unit or press the button again to restart.

I just bought a ZEN17 800LR that I added to my eisy wit Zmatter board on IOX 5.8.4. I set parameters 2&3 to 10 for on/off and set parameters 10&11 to 0 to disable the input triggers for the relays. After Removing the device from eisy and adding it back in all the controls seem to be working fine but after trying 2 times there is only a Binary Sensor made for the first input that normally controls relay 1 but no Binary Sensor created for the second set of inputs. Is this what others are seeing when they separate the inputs from the relays?

I have a V3 that works just like the rest. Since the information is being pulled from Emporia I would bet the Plugin does not know the difference.

Alexa Routines, what am I missing
in Amazon Echo

I think it would be best to have a variable for each speed and one for off then you can name then within ISY to be able to track what they do. Maybe if Matter ever really happens things will get easier.
