I'm having the same issue. I've filled a ticket.

I've updated to 5.8.4 and the local admin console has come up. I've tried to back up and I get "Could Not Parse the Configuration File." I am running IoX on Polisy. I have ISY with PLM all connected. I have an internal Zwave/Zigbee card. All communications with devices seem to be working. I was able to do a backup before upgrading from 5.7.1. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Well I've not worked in certs before, so that one is new to me. It worked great! Thanks. The updates now go through. When restarting the services, it had 113 tasks when restarting polyglot! I can now see the dashboard and it already found my ISY. I'll ask Michel if he thinks I should still send it back.

I've heard back from Michel and he asked for uname -a and suggested I contact sales and return it.

I am very frustrated with this new purchase. It has not gone like the instructions at all. I plugged in per directions and no sounds happened and no network connection - even checked my router. There was also a rattle. I took off the cover and the card next to the wifi card was lose. Snapped it in. I also found the wifi antenna connector on the left was loose - tightened it up. Power back up and I got sound, but still not working right. I did a full reset - push and hold till all 3 LEDs show up (really first 2 flash, then the 3rd one by itself). Finally I can see it on my network. I can login with IP address in a web browser. It gets stuck at he login screen. It says I am logged in but the page does not change. I then tried the single quick press for updates and nothing happens. I have ssh via putty. I've done what the wiki says and well well the update and upgrade commands have an issue. sudo pkg update Updating FreeBSD-base repository catalogue... Moving to 5.3.2 fixed my issue. Thanks for the advice.

Thanks for checking. This menu structure is the one I am referencing and yes that is the one missing for me.

I can't even do that. I have old programs with ON/OFF, but I can't create new programs with ON/OFF. It is simply not an option in the UI.

Can anyone help?

I've tried two computers. I believe I have cleared cache on both computers. I have validated the UI is 5.3.0. I'm at a loss here.

Additional info: all entries in "Your Devices" only have options for Query, Backlight, & Write Changes

I upgraded to 5.3.0 and I appear to have most things work again. Thanks for posting such good information. I was going to create a new program and well, when I start trying to add an action to a program, I can't set the value of a scene. Is this a bug or a change in the software? I updated from a really old version (4.8.X I think).

Why would the run program ever come back false? There is nothing in the if condition.
