Help - I can't get my new TZ45 Z-Wave Thermostat to connect to my isy99 Here are the instructions from the thermostat userguide..... Z-Wave controllers from various manufacturers may support the Z-Wave Thermostat General V2 Device class used by the RCS Z-WAVE Thermostat. The following procedure will allow the thermostat to be added to a Z-Wave network. General Programming Procedure (for controllers supporting the thermostat device class): 1. Set your primary controller to Include mode, to add the thermostat as a node on your network (see your controller’s user manual for detailed instructions). 2. In the Thermostat’s Main Menu, scroll down to the ZWave Install item. Select the item. 3. Press the YES button in the ZWave Install screen. Your controller will indicate the thermostat was successfully added to its network (see your controller’s user manual for details). Also you can check if the thermostat was successfully added to the network by checking the ZHID (Home ID) and ZNID (Node ID) located in the Thermostat Info screen. My thermostat info page reports My ZHID = d0.3e.ba.8f & my ZNID = 000 Is this thermostat compatible?

Do you have another user account on your PC ? If so, log out of yours and into the other account and try to access the ISY - I tried on a different computer - same results i will try logging out later when i get time What are the first 2 sections of the ISY's IP ? 192.168 ? Yes 192.168.1.111 I must point out when i open admin console using the http:///admin method all i get is listed 2.8.16 one time - I see no listing for the admin console version should i try the event viewer level 3 just to see if it works? I would post pictures of the 2 screens but i'm not sure how to do it here.. Sorry to be so long but im doing this between seeing patients..

I have used 4 remotelincs with an isy99i to control the lighting in my Optometric office for years - Now one has malfunctioned. I am trying to link an brand new one to the isy but during the procedure i get a "Failed writing device" [-200000/-51] for two devices and my new Remotelinc dosent show up in my "tree" Before linking, I press the "A" button on the remotelinc for 10 seconds until the LED starts blinking. What am i missing? Thanks in advance for your help

symptoms- the only way to open or close the garage door is to turn on the relay... Turning it off whether the door is opened or closed does nothing. Sensor is working fine - indicates open or closed when it should... My expectations are for the relay to open the door when closed by pressing the on button and do nothing when i press the off button when closed and... to close the door when open by pressing the of button and do nothing when i press the on button when opened.... like it's supposed to.. It dosen't matter if the on button closes or opens or visa versa as long as on or off performs a specific function... Thanks D
