I started getting this error yesterday in UD mobile (Android). I can still control my lights though, but GEO fence is not working.

Where do I get the full log? That last Lat/Long is well inside the fence i setup.

@JaviI have managed to look at the log and the location when it didn't register. This is happening about once in 8 entering into the GEO. The log has the correct location(checked on Google maps) and the correct time. But the App didn't register entering until 2:14pm 45 mins later ?

Geofence is mostly working great now I have the location services turned on (even at 30min), but once every week or two I enter the area and it doesn't notice and still says exited. It will stay this way until I go out and back in again. The logs show that UD knows my location so this doesn't seem right...surely if it see's me in the area it should change to entered, no matter if its later or not?

Before I try that pref I have set UD Mobile from Optimized power to always on. I'll report back.

I'm using the location to open my gates when I approach so would need to set the time down to 20 seconds or less. Worried about battery. Weirdly I am finding that opening the UD App temporarily fixes the issue for a day or so!

I have an enter and exit setup for my GEO Fence. 50% of the time it works great so I know i have it mostly setup OK. I run Google Maps in my car so location is always been read. For instance 2 days ago I went in and out of the area a couple of time and it worked perfectly. This morning I went out and nothing.... What am I missing? This would be a great feature so any help is appreciated. P.S. It would be great to have a third option that was call "In GEO Fence" that wasn't tied to coming and going. So if it missed then entry or exit it would set once it saw location data. Android 13 Latest UD Mobile Nothing in the GEO log when it doesn't work.

Duuude! This is amazing. Works flawlessly. With polling at 5 it responds between 0 and 5 secs so is plenty fast enough to dim or brighten the lights on play or stop. Thank you so much for this....it should be chargeable in the store as it can make automation really powerful. I'm already thinking about other stuff I can use with it

I'm not sure....but they do know about it, and I wasn't the first to talk to them about it...so I presume if they can do something they will.

Its the Aeotec Tri Sensor (but all there sensors will be the same) They don't come from factory like this. I changed it to report more often as I needed to know the light level all the time to avoid another automation failing. I have received help from UD now who helped disable looking for the port again on boot, So it now boots Ok even with this device plugged in.

OMG...this was it! I have a multi sensor that is set to read light level at 5 sec intervals. I have to say though this was like this with the USB dongle and worked OK, so is a bug in the new software. Thanks !!!

If you see status in adb for Netflix(and others) I don't mind the poll times...I just need that status brought out so I can use it. Thanks for your work on this...its nodes like this that make isy!

I just need to see the play or stop state so if the google cast device will do that.....is there any information on how to set that up? or for the Shield node I presume you would have to add the state so it can be added in a programs?

I've opened a case but I suspect they are busy as its been two days and no reply. I installed my ZMatter board in my Polisy and after a day of fing around and deleting and readding my ZWave devices got it all working great. Two days later I rebooted Polisy(due to an issue with AVremote Node) and the ZMatter board now is not found. I shutdown and reseated it but still nothing. It worked fine for two days so not sure what to do now? Yep this works now! I had to accept debug mode and then I can control it. Many thanks. But what I'm looking for is to know when its playing or stopped/paused so that I can use those in a program to control the lights etc. Do you think this is possible?

Yep...ended up deleting and re-adding the Z-Wave devices. Not a very smooth update at all. All running Ok now though.

Flying blind here....I'm now doing a restore.....its taking forever though.....

OK...its been an hour....so shutdown, removed the old dongle and rebooted. After a few minites the new board seems to have been recognized as the Z-Wave menu appeared. My two Z-Wave devices are showing red ! What next?

I followed the instructions to migrate. Answered all the questions and made the backup. The instructions say it should reboot...but its been 20 mins and it hasn't? Do I manually reboot, will it automatically start to restore, do I remove the old dongle, do I do a restore, what events should we be looking for in the event viewer? The instructions are not very clear. FYI: I only have 2 Z-Wave devices. v5.5.4
