  1. This error message means that it is receiving too many requests from a user interface - either UD Mobile or a web browser. This is tripping the rate limiter. Check the browser log for unusual activity. Check the PG3 log as well. Something might be stuck in a loop somehow. A reboot might be required.
  2. Today, the main difference between Polisy and eisy are the hardware capabilities. On the software side, both are similar. However, one big difference is that some of the upcoming features will only be available on eisy: The matter-server, which allows to expose IoX devices to matter & homekit. The new eisy-ui service The new eisy-ui service will provide a unified access to IoX, PG3, and some of the portal features as well. It will also serve the new web UI which will allow you to have a web-based customizable dashboard-like UI. Eventually it will completely replace the java based admin console. Polisy will still benefits from updates to IoX and PG3, but new features like the matter-servert and eisy-ui service will only be available on eisy as it needs that extra power thar eisy provides.
  3. Hello everyone, We will have a short portal maintenace next Tuesday March 18th. Between 4am and 5am PST, your unit will briefly disconnect and reconnect to portal. The purpose of this maintenance is to update certificates. Benoit
  4. After the latest mac update, users must now enable local network access for chrome and Admin Console. The permission dialog is only shown once, so if you deny/ignore it, you will need to manually enable on MAC > System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Local Network
  5. Just an FYI if you are using a Mac: After the latest mac update, users must now enable local network access for chrome and Admin Console. The permission dialog is only shown once, so if you denies/ignores it, you will need to manually enable on MAC > System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Local Network
  6. If you use a 994, the only option is 1 year.
  7. @johnstonf, please use these instructons: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/Eisy:User_Guide#Migration
  8. You can see the releases notes in the plugin store. Click on Ring, then More info. Or here: https://github.com/UniversalDevicesInc/ring/blob/master/README.md
  9. Thanks for the suggestion. This is done in dev and will be live within the next 2 weeks.
  10. Hello everyone, We will have a short portal maintenace tomorrow Thursday January 30th. Between 4am and 5am PST, your unit will briefly disconnect and reconnect to portal. The purpose of this maintenance is to fix an issue with online/offline notifications. Benoit
  11. I investigated this and found the source of the problem. I made an update to Portal. Will be live soon.
  12. Do you see them in the Google Home app? Can you see their status in the app, and can you control them from the app?
  13. Revoking access can't be reversed, and yes the only thing left is to remove it from the account. What do you mean by it allowed you to start up?
  14. I found your ticket and continued the conversation there.
  15. We can't do that. The connection is initiated from your unit. If you really want to do that, here's some options: - Turn your eisy off - Disconnect eisy from network - In your router, you may have options to prevent internet access to your eisy, under parental control
  16. Not possible. The export does not have everything needed to rebuild the internal representation of the spoken. It's meant as a human-readable list of spoken for documentation purposes. I'm not sure why you deleted your ISY portal. That deletes all of your spoken configuration. There is never a need to do that. If have no clue why it stopped working for you after 5 days. If it happens again, open a ticket and I can investigate the logs.
  17. Can't do that. If you revoke, you can't re-approve it. You will have to remove the uuid from your account and re-add it... which will also remove your Alexa/Google/IFTTT config.
  18. @bpwwer, is it that @automationgeek no longer maintains this plugin?
  19. Chris owns these 2 tickets. I asked him to review them on Monday. Sorry about the delays.
  20. Hi, First of all, I would not call it a "database failure". The database itself was never corrupted or had loss of any data, which a "database failure" would imply. I'm not sure of all that you did, but all that was needed is to relink. To answer your question, no there is no upload function. The download of the spoken exists to keep a reference, or to create documentation on the spokens. It is not meant to be a backup process. I'm not sure if you deleted them or not, but you should not. Now regarding your program spoken - Are you saying that when you edit existing spokens that are programs, the Spoken and Alternate Spokens fields are empty? I'm not sure why that would be. I looked up your account, and edited the same one as in your screenshot "Siren-1second (0065)", and I do see the spokens. I see it for all of your programs. I'm thinking that you might have a browser extension that fills these fields, actually clearing them with an empty string.
  21. @BEdgar Whenever you need support, please open a ticket. We don't actively monitor the forum. There were other threads related to Google Home not working, and as far as I can tell, everyone has their Alexa or Google Home working. The Google Home issue is not related to any changes in the eisy/polisy or Portal. The problem has been explained here: So back to your Google Home problen, after linking, even though it does not show as Linked, it probably is Linked. Can you check if you can see the status of devices and control them? Could you create one more spoken and click "Send To Google"? I had that problem, but creating a spoken and sending it to Google made it appear as Linked. One more thing to try, I would suggest to Delete your Home and create a new one. Go to Settings | Delete this Home There is something wrong in your Google account, something needs to be reset. By experimenting, the "Send to Google" should be able to fix it.
  22. Yes I've seen that. But my question is - Were you able to reproduce the problem?
  23. @Panda88 Were you able to reproduce the problem?
  24. @johnstonf Even though it does not show as Linked, it probably is. Can you check if you can see the status of devices and control them? Could you create one more spoken and click "Send To Google"? One more thing to try, I would suggest to Delete your Home and create a new one. Go to Settings | Delete this Home Something needs to be cleared in your account.
  25. Then I have no clue why Google would not show it as Linked. That's not something we can control.
