Bottom line is if I migrate all but portal license will my spokens get messed up?

Should I do a migration less the prtal license migration? Will google and alexa spokens still work?

as per step 10 ISY Portal Access license: Your ISY Portal Access license can be migrated only if: Your existing ISY has an access license and is not expired Your new ISY is not licensed, or has been licensed with a trial only. Once migrated, you will see the purchase history of your previous ISY. If you had a trial on your new ISY, it will disappear. Please note that a license transfer is permanent. It will not be possible to migrate the license back to the original ISY. will not let me migrate says my ISY already has license!!!

Polisy is completely up to date. How do I know which portal is connected to each polisy/isy? My original ISY shows 4 portal licenses that I can revoke (it shows them with usernames, one is unique the other 3 a variation of my name followed by # 1-3, the polisy that I want to migrate has only one. Should I revoke that license before migration?

I have 4 portal accounts 2 for my 2 polisys and and 2 for my 2 isys, of course when i get this all done I will not renew the 2 portals for the isys I think my voice commands stayed with my original isy portal account because I did not transfer portal license???

My weekends are usually tied up, so I have delayed migrating to my polisy, however after Oct 1, I will have parts of weekends available. When I migrated to polisy on my work system almost everything went wrong and I spent hours trying to salvage, I still don't have all google spokens working. This may be because I I purchsed portals for my polisys knowing I couldn't get to migrate within 30 days. So I know I have to remove my Zwaves before migrating, only have a few so no big deal . What I am most afraid of is losing google and alexa voice commands like I did at work, my wife depends on these voice commands and I have many!! Any advice would be appreciated, keeping in mind I have a portal for the ISY and one for the Polisy Thank you!!

so I'm guessing what I did wrong was to have added the portals to my Polisys . Si when I am ready to migrate my ISY at home I am going to have delete the portal I have now on that Polisy so I can migrate properly. Does anyone know how to remove a portal from my account?

thank you for the reply my two isy and two polisys all had portals (4) I didn't want to migrate until I got comfy with the polisy so intially I added just one insteon device to the polisy. my work isy has only maybe 30 or so devices so I thought I would try to migrate that first everything worked fine except Alexa and Google spokens so I could live with that for now but when I came home I noticed my spokens did not work here, been playin' around since last night and finally tried adding a sub account and now they work here. Won't be back to work till Tues. I will not attempt to migrate here at home till the weather cools because I wanna be outside in the summer!!

so I added a sub account and was able to connect through that go figure??

can not connect universal devices to google home this is on my my ISY94i at home I keep trying to connect through the google home app on my phone goes to the linking screenand then quits. Any ideas this started yesterday after I attempted to migrate my work ISY94 to polisy.

accidentally revoked a license, can't figure out how to get it back

I am currently running Poilsy on PLM 2413s v92 and Isy on v9E is there any reason to swap PLMs before or after migration, does it make a difference, I wiil continue to use both ISYs untill I feel comfortable that everything is OK. Thoughts, ideas, warnings? Probably won't do this till next week end.

Well, because they still showed up under devices, I assumed they were functional motion sensrs, my bad!!!!
