Live update is missing from my portal in echo connectivity.

I will probably be giving up my comcast email. How do I go about changing my email to isy and prtals?

clicking on variable in the portal says state variables are not available. yes live update is green. what have I done wrong?

Got it done! I intend to move my old ISY to my shop, so I purchased new modules. So far the home is working fine.

I bought the new ISY with ZW How do install the new ISY? Or how do I migrate to it?

Currently have 994i ir pro and would like to change to isy994i zw/ir pro. What would be the procedure? I already have the new isy and don't want mess things up. Tried all that and even replaced it with same result, had to add a power strip on different circuit for christmas lites and today it is working fine. Maybe something that I unplugged and replugged was causing the issue?

BTW, what's the load on the ToggleLinc? Single incandescent bulb. This set up has been working for years, probably close to ten. However my wife did get a new phone, I have to see if the charger is plugged into the same circuit. Old house, outlets in different rooms share circuits. Thanks for helping.

If you are correct, and I hope you are, then replacing it with a2477D should correct the issue?

Every time I turn off my 2466D it stops communicating with "Cannot Communicate With Sun Room.." All I have to do is turn it back on in the console and sometimes it apparently reconnects. Other times I have to restore it. I have replaced the 2466 wit new unit, same issue. This appears to have happened after changing PLM or the last update to 4.54, but not positive of that. Any ideas? It still works and responds outside the console, but not always with the Echo. 5 device links match ISY. Sometimes I have to write updates because restore won't work.

In other words, can alexa be made to announce that a light has been turned on off when some one turn a light on from it's insteon switch?
