  1. Yep. This definitely sounds like the exact same problem. I just tried clearing the java cache, but unfortunately it didn't help. It's quite frustrating because my 994 is otherwise working perfectly. In fact, all my scenes and programs are rock solid throughout my entire home.
  2. I am using the same PLM (2413S) that I was using with my 99. Is it possible that I did something incorrectly when I migrated the PLM over to the 994?
  3. Unfortunately, the problem occurs even when the system shows "Ready" with the green flag.
  4. I recently upgraded from the 99 to the 994. The migration went smoothly, but I've been having some issues programming the 994. Very often, when I attempt to perform an action, the admin console becomes unresponsive. For example, if right click on a device and select "Remove from Scene", nothing appears to happen. If I close down the admin console and then re-open it, the device was indeed removed from the scene. The admin console doesn't necessarily lock up per se, but it fails to show the changes until I shut it down and re-open it. Unfortunately, this makes the whole process of programming go much slower than it should. The problem happens regardless of what computer or browser I use to access the 994. I tried power cycling the 994, but it didn't help. Does anyone have any ideas about what might be going on, or how I can fix it?
  5. Thanks! Your advice worked perfectly. I now have a related question. On that same KeypadLinc, I have "ON" programmed to turn on all of the lights controlled by scenes A,B and C, and I have "OFF" programmed to turn them all off. What I would like to do is have all the corresponding scene buttons light up when I hit "ON", and have them all turn off when I hit "OFF". I'd also like the "ON" light to stay on if I turn off any of the individual scenes, but turn off if all three of the individual scenes are turned off. Is this possible?
  6. Thanks! I'll give that a try. Is there an easy way to change the switch from a responder to a controller, or do I have to remove it from the scene and then add it back in again?
  7. I have a 6-button KeypadLinc that I recently programmed to control a bunch of different lights in my basement. To do this, I created a scene for each button on the 994, and then added the KeypadLinc button and the switch that controls the load to it. If I turn on the light/scene from the KeypadLinc, the status light turns on, and everything is fine. If I turn it on from the switch itself, the status light on the KeypadLinc does not turn on. What do I need to do in order to ensure that all the status lights are always in sync no matter where I turn on/off the scene from? Edit: I just realized that there is a Q&A sub-forum. That's probably a more appropriate place for this question. Can a mod please move this thread? Thanks!
  8. Thanks for the help, guys! Now if I can just get my ISY to once again communicate with my patio lights, I'll be all set.
  9. I want to write a program that will turn all my exterior lights on 15 minutes before sunset and turn them all off at sunrise. It seems like there are many ways to accomplish this. Would this work? If Sunset - 15 minutes to Sunrise (next day) Then Turn on front porch lights Turn on dog run lights Turn on patio lights Else Turn off front porch lights turn off dog run lights turn off patio lights Or does it make more sense to have two separate programs. One to turn them on and the other to turn them off with no "else" statement?
  10. Thanks, guys! It all makes sense now. I currently have version 2.7.15, so I assume this is the latest official release. What stable version of the beta firmware do you recommend that I upgrade to?
  11. I recently purchased an ISY-99i PRO, and I am loving it so far. One thing I can't figure out, however, is how to do an automatic firmware update. I see the option in the menu to manually upgrade the firmware, but I do not see the automatic option. FYI, I already registered the product online, if that makes any difference.
