  1. Hello Techman, Thanks so very much for the suggestion. Unfortunately after much deliberation it seems that it may cause confusion. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi saidmacias, In this case I suspect your API key is invalid because 401 simply means unauthorized. So, the server does not like your API key OR you are using an invalid path. As far as notifications, it's quite possible that the notification you are sending has blank subject/body in which case it shall not be sent. To test, right mouse click on the program and then choose Run Then from the menu. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi saidmacias, 401 is authorization issues. Somehow somewhere you are missing userid/password information. Do you know if it expects them in the header? If so, in your network resource click on Add Header, choose Authorization, enter your userid/password and then click Update and Save. If not, do you know how userid/passwords are communicated to this service? With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Mike, yes, there is but we have to first make sure the calculations are accurate. With kind regards, Michel
  5. binaryman, It should already be supported in 3.3.2. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Orest, I do not think it had anything to do with UAC since, otherwise, a lot of other things would stop behaving as well. I think it had to do with one of the UI versions that had a problem with program load. What version of ISY are you on? With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi, I am so very sorry. I didn't realize it was a PRO in which case the limit is 1024. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Mike, If you depend on your Irrigation module, I do not recommend it since it's in alpha and being tested by a couple of our customers who agreed to use their system for real-life testing. Furthermore, with V2, you are going to have even less Irrigation Requirement. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi paauto, If your 60 devices are all KPLs, then you have already surpassed it (though, I assume that you have not since you have not gotten any errors yet). So, for your calculations: 1. Each button on a device is a node 2. For thermostats, you have 4 nodes 3. Each scene is a node With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Mike, If you have not explicitly requested to be part of the V2 release, then you have the original one. There was a bug in V1 in which case we didn't use Julian days. That might explain the fact that the readings are lower now. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi Mike, Are you using the irr_v2 build? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi ski2020, I am not sure which ACK you are referring to. There's nothing in your logs that says the thermostat was ACKing anything from the PLM. The only ACK is when you reset the thermostat yourself. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Teken, 1. Click on the Admin Console icon now on your desktop 2. When Admin Console comes up, minimize it 3. Click on the Add button 4. Use the IP address for your ISY in https://your.isy.ip.address 5. Close Admin Console 6. Click on the icon again and then choose the HTTPS entry With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Teken, I think we are talking passed each other. Let me try again: 1. The problem is the Admin Console/Java using SSLv2. This has NOTHING to do with your browser and its configuration 2. The link I sent in my email (http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/3.3.2/admin.jnlp) is the one that you said you had no problem using. Is this still the case? If so, I am not sure I understand why you keep using the link from TouchSwitch (which may be pointing to a different UI) With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Rich! Yes, I have been in contact with George ... he's quite impressive himself! Still haven't heard back. It seems that they our discontinuing fypower.org ... I have already sent 3 emails in the past week. Just hope someone is there. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi ski2020, Good question. As I mentioned before, there's absolutely nothing in the logs/event viewer that says ISY was the culprit. At this point it's either the thermostat or something else that was linked to the thermostat before. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Rich, That's what I have been wondering too! Our contact at FYP is no longer there. I just sent an email to the only email available at the site. I had sent another email last week but never heard back. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Teken, As you might recall, I personally connected remotely to your ISY via HTTPS and using my Admin Console on both Windows 7 and Windows Vista. I do not recall ever proving or disproving you were using SSLv3. How did we arrive at this conclusion? Would you please forward and/or paste any records arriving at this conclusion? My records show our last email correspondence, on Wed 9/19/2012 7:17 PM, ended with you stating: ***** Hello, I have no problem accessing the ISY via the provided link. ***** So, are you still having the same problem? Also, if you have gone back to 3.2.6, have you restored your backup? With kind regards, Michel
  19. Teken, A few points of clarification: 1. ISY does not need Java for command and control. You can use the AJAX interface and a host of other mobile/PC applications 2. For configuration, ISY requires Java. Java was chosen precisely because of its cross-platform support. HTML/AJAX require constant polling to get status updates. For configuration purposes, HTML/AJAX is not a good solution 3. I am not sure in which environments Java is not supported 4. In 3.3.2 instructions, it's explicitly stated that we had to remove SSL v2 Support because of security concerns. We cannot sacrifice security for ease of access 5. Since this problem is isolated to HTTPS/Admin Console and if you do not care about security, you are welcome to forward to the HTTP port. Ultimately, it's your system's security and you are the boss in that respect I have to stress again that the problem is accessing ISY, through the Admin Console (or Dashboard) using HTTPS. The problem is NOT there for HTTP nor is it there for the regular HTML/AJAX interface. Thank you for your feedback. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Teken, We would be delighted to refund you for your ISY so that you can continue enjoying your SmartLinc. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi ski2020, Here's your own quote: With kind regards, Michel
  22. KPL

Michel Kohanim replied to MrBillyd's topic in ISY994
Hello Bill, I am so very sorry to hear about the problems you have been having. We did find a problem with KPL v40 and sub buttons which we have put a workaround in our next release to be out by Friday. If you don't mind, please wait for that release, remove your KPL from ISY, add it back, test and let us know what you find. Again, sincere apologies. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hello bconen, Do you have 99 or 994? If 99: 1. Telnet to your ISY 2. Login 3. Type: RF /CONF/UD.DCF Hello RLIKWARTZ, Please right mouse click | Diagnostics | Query Insteon Engine. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi ski2020, If you see System, then it's coming from the device itself. The only times ISY is doing something is when you see Program OR Web instead of System. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hello GregE: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=8886&start=30 With kind regards, Michel
