  1. Nevermind. As always seems to be the case, after trying about everything and opening a case, I found the answer soon after - I needed to update my Java heap to 512.
  2. Hi- I recently got a new computer (Lenovo T14s) and installed the latest java and iox launcher, however the programs don't load, even though the rest of my devices/nodes do. I attempted to clear the cache, update java, reinstall, change resolution, however cannot seem to get the programs to show up. I updated java and the launcher on my older laptop and they appear just fine. Not sure what would be preventing programs from showing up on a brand new java and Iox installation. My launcher and firmware are both 5.8.0. Attaching screenshots outlining the issue. Curious if any of you have had this issue and if so, how you may have gotten past it. My laptop is new, but its not a netbook or cheap laptop so wouldn't expect anything weird with it. I opened a support ticket as well, but wanted to reach out to group as well to see if anyone else has come accross this. Thanks! Chris
  3. Curious if this is any quieter/more elegant than the schlage. After 7 years my BE469 (not the plus BE460ZP) gave up the ghost. Was looking at the ZP upgrade, however I always hated how loud and metallic the Schlage sounded. If I can get the Ultraloq keyed to my schlage, that sounds like a better solution especially if it adds fingerprint (its also 25% cheaper).
  4. As much as I tried to avoid it, i'm going through that process now. Unfortunately its a few dozen devices so was hoping to avoid it.
  5. I did wake them up before selecting interview as well as during the interview running but no change in behavior. ISY doesn't seem to be recognizing any of my battery ZWave devices. My non-battery zwave devices are all behaving as expected.
  6. I followed the upgrade process to upgrade from ISY994 with ZWave to Polisy with ZMatter, and while ISY and powered Zwave devices seemed to migrate just fine, any zwave battery device did not, including locks, motion, etc... I tried waking them up, enabling them in admin console and running ZWave --> Syncronize --> Update with interview however nothing happens. Is there a process I am missing to get my battery zwave devices back online?
  7. Is the issue with the corrupt migration that occurred December resolved with this? I'm looking to migrate 100% from my ISY994 with Internal Zwave board to my Polisy with ZMatter and this sounds like the process for that. I can no longer find the previous ZMatter post that called out the corruption issue as the posts were recategorized
  8. I'd be interested in how well the board works with antenna extenders or external antennas. My ISY and Polisy are both in a utility room, in a network rack surrounded by a furnace, water heater, etc... Thus far I've not had range issues with ISY 994 with ZWave, but with all the additional antennas it would be useful to relocate as I'm not sure I can have all those antennas in my current rack & it would be useful to get them up to the ceiling of the the utility room for additional range. I know the last time there was an external antenna option with the ISY, it actually reduced range so i'd be curious if that has changed. I may have to experiment. It looks like you can get extension cables and even antenna arrays relatively cheap. Given all the antennas it would be cool to embed them in a 3D Sauron helmet or something else aesthetically pleasing. at that point, they could be put anywhere!
  9. I, too would like to know where this fits in along with Polisy. I just put in a substantial amount money into the Polisy (new SSD, zmatter board) in anticipation of migrating off the 994 where I'll also be putting in substantial time (lots of Zwave and Insteon.) I've been with holding many new device additions in anticipation of this move to avoid complicating it or having to recreate my zwave network if the migration doesn't pan out, but am now questioning if this is already an antiquated product and I should be looking towards the EISY. it does look sexy and powerful, but also seems to take a step backwards from the Polisy in requiring USB Zwave rather than the internal Zmatter module. I'd also be curious as to the range without any antennas. My ISY994 and Polisy sit in my basement in my networking closet inside a rack (they sit on the top shelf) so I'm always concerned as to how the range might be impacted. I think a simple side by side comparison along with an explanation of long term goals with those devices would help us better plan out any migration. Overall UD has been fantastic to work with since my days with the ISY 99i in 2009/10 --> ISY994 --> Polisy so hope that continues on with a clear understanding of the long term platform support considerations.
  10. same for me. alex skill broke and http 500 on portal
