  1. Michel, There is a website http://www.flexalert.org/ where one can sign up for email alerts, also text, Twitter, Facebook, and so forth. I looked all around the site and could find nothing to query. Too bad an email or text cannot be automatically imported into an ISY variable.
  2. Michel, What ever happened with this? I see an Active status all the time (24/7). Is Flex Alert usable at all, presently?
  3. or put it in its own folder and put the times in folder conditions.
  4. I am running 4.2.2 UDI diagnosed the problem as hardware - a partial failure of the SD card - not firmware.
  5. Kudos to Steve and Michel. I am now back up and running after a remote session where they re-formatted the SD card and reloaded the firmware and then a backup. This company has the best customer service - bar none!
  6. Ticket submitted. Thanks for the suggestion, Xathros.
  7. It is set to a static IP address.
  8. I was out of town for five days and upon return yesterday get the above error message when trying to open the admin console. (The dashboard fails the same way.) It was working fine before I left. ISY sent an email at 0430am Sunday that it rebooted for some unknown (to me reason). Interestingly, all programs seem to be running OK; I just have no access. I have a 994ZS with 4.2.2 installed. Things that I have tried: -- Clearing the Java cache and reloading both the app and the applet from UDI. -- Rebooting the ISY994 by pulling the power plug. -- Rebooting the ISY994 and pulling the modem and plugging back in. -- A ping test to the local IP address is successful. I did add the networking module a few days earlier last week, but have done nothing with it except look a the screens. Any other suggestions?
  9. As a start, how about adding, to the If section: And Module 'Climate' Rain rate is not 0 Then it will not start watering if it is currently raining.
  10. Good news. PG&E has implemented the promised HAN link on their My Energy website. Go to: https://www.pge.com/myenergyweb/appmanager/pge/customer (you may have to register, or sign in). Near the bottom of the page in the Additional Services area is a link Home and Business Area Network. This takes you to a Dashboard that allows you to register and edit HAN devices. My non-working ISY994 was already listed, but with a different and longer install code. Unfortunately the web interface will neither let me edit the install code nor delete that device in order to add a new one. So I guess I have to call them on the phone. I do see this as a step forward.
  11. I got the same call from Dan @ PG&E today. I already knew that registration is underway and am just sitting back and waiting. Craig
  12. I have been having problems with a PG&E smart meter for several months; I get scanning/joining/down. The PG&E folks have been very patient and helpful and now that I know you are working with them on validation I will cease messing with it until that process is complete. As always, I am awed by the attitude and support from UDI! Thanks Craig
  13. Pardon me, but the screen shot above has 'garage' spelled with a j (garaje). Is that the spelling you meant?
  14. Yes, I could live with that as long as being able to calculate averages from iMeter readings and trigger programs, etc is still on your "list". Craig
  15. Micheal, Thanks for the quick reply, and on a Sunday. You guys are great. I will be looking forward to what you come up with. Craig
  16. In regard to the 2448 Energy Display, it would be nice to be able to either: - Read and test (in ISY programs) the values of Watts Now, Avg $/mo, and Avg kWh/mo for each of the three iMeters. At the very least to log them and include them in a notification message, OR - Better yet, be able to use extended variables in ISY to gather and calculate the averages from the Display, or several iMeters seperately, and them use them as above. An example: We have a second fridge downstairs that is seldom used (opened less often than the one in the kitchen). We are on time of day metering with PG&E (much higher kWh cost from 12n to 6pm). I would like to calculate the average cost per month correctly, for each period, and maybe experiment with turning that fridge off with a relay module from 12n-6p (except if a motion detector sees it being opened or an internal temperature sensor sees it getting warm). Either option above could provide the data to do this in ISY.
