I removed each device and added it back and the Bond bridge now sees all 4 fans as attached. Polyglot is also working great.. thank you for your help

Its says devices associated 1 BD-1000

I have 4 ceiling fans that all work perfectly with Bond Bride by the app or by voice. I installed Bond for Polyglot 3x and setup custom configuration.. When I run discover the Bond plugin finds my bridge and only my bedroom fan/light. My 3 Casablanca fans are not discovered. I noticed these fans have limited information in the bond app compared to the fan that works. Please Advise!

k just strange since this just started a few days ago. been using UD with insteon for over 10 years.

the updated .jnlp installer stops the error about device not found but it does not stop the 2nd entry from appearing. This has nothing to do with my router configuration. FYI u are not able to delete anything from the IOX finder

Same for me on both of my computers, before this update it only happened on my notebook.

Started having the same issue a few days ago, clearing Java and running start.jnlp does not work

Geddy: I live in SW Fl and we have frequent power issues. I have my Polisy and network items on backups. In rare cases the backups run out when this occurs Polisy or previous ISY994i reboots, the Admin Console shows the ramp rate at 9 minutes. This prevents Voice from working because of the long delay. When I query devices they all go back to 0.1 seconds and then they all work fine. I run a query daily to look and adjust that time if necessary.

You may also want to check the following in the Admin Console. Voice (Alexa) does not work or well if the ramp rate for your device(s) is not at 0.1 seconds If necessary query your devices. been using this for over 4 months. I also have a schedule setup to query all my devices. When I moved over to Polisy IOP I had no delay when I discovered devices.

I also have an Insteon only system in my home. Been working with Universal Devices 994 and now Polisy for 10 plus years in my home. One thing I added to the water sensors is alarm and light fading. Since I feel a water leak can be a major problem.

I was able to upgrade without any issue. Made sure Polisy what ready before I logged back in.

Also Updated to v5.4.2 - I had to clear Java cache manually to get the update to install. Otherwise no issue

This also happened to me and also when I have to restart my PLM, ISY and now Polisy. The ramp rate on mine change to 9 minutes. The quick and easy resolution Query all the devices and the ramp rate will go back to 0.1 seconds.

I have the same issue since the web page has been redesigned none of my Java based applications can access my ISY994. Java is trying to validate the URL and it fails. I can access the ISY by IP address with my browser but can still not load the admin console. Non-Java based devices like iPad and Android using a paid application still works.
