Updated and now I cannot get to my Polyglot. Polisy. Rebooted multiple times, no resolved. Browser says "cannot connect to server". Update: @Michel Kohanim was able to resolve the issue.

Upgraded from 5.6.0, no issues. Like the reboot notice!

Per ticket with @Chris Jahn, This is fixed in the next build. Unfortunately the build is being held up a bit for unrelated reasons, but hopefully it will be out soon. I believe this was in reference to 5.5.5 that was released yesterday and updated this afternoon. Bug Fixes Associations and Scenes Links (Fixes issues with scenes and many status reports from devices) Some Binary Sensors not reporting status Green icons indicating pending writes to the device Node address conflicts for Alarm / Alarm Sensor / Binary Sensor ZEN34 / ZEN17 / ZEN16 / ZSE42 supported Central Scene Controller nodes missing in some cases Insteon/X10: Not decoding X10 responses correctly

Are your locks setup S2 or S0?
-
No I did not as when trying to include the locks, it only allowed S2

@Geddy Done. Thought I'd start with the forums as someone may have had insight/solutions etc.

@Michel Kohanim - is this a known issue and/or expected?

Migrated from 994i to Polisy and zwave/zmatter dongle. Since I only have 2 locks (Schlage BE469 and 2 repeaters (Aeotec extender 7), I decided I would exclude all zwave and reset dongle. Once that was completed I added all devices back, repeaters and then locks. Used the QR codes to add everything with S2 security. Everything works fine, I can control via AC, programs etc. The issue is that the locks no longer provide STATUS updates (locked or unlocked) when they are used (aka code on door lock). Status updates work if controlled in the AC. In the 994i w/500 series controller everything worked as expected with status updates. If I query, I get the update, if I don't query the lock will show locked even though I unlocked it manually. I did factory reset on of the locks to rule that out. Any/all insight is appreciated

@oberkc I got it figured out...PEBCAK. I had the wrong PIN. Not that I have everything setup properly, I excluded, reset and re-added everything. I can control the devices from AC without issue. What I a NOT getting is status updates from the locks. aka locked/unlocked. Previously on the ISY 994i with zwave 500 board I got status updates quickly and reliably. Do you get updates automatically?

Update 1: Used the wrong PIN on the lock (had them backwards). Used the correct Pin and they added as expected. Just migrated from 994i to Polisy. Had the zwave 500 board in the 994i but for whatever reason the zwave didn't come over. Figured I would simply reset the zwave dongle, new zwave/zmatter from UDI. Excluded all devices and started clean. Adding the BE469, it connects immediately, identifies then as S2 and I add it. Device is "interviewed" and then only 1 node is created vs the 4-6 that I was expecting. It identifies it as ZY <number> Entry Control. that is the only node. I've tried on another lock, same result. An I doing something wrong? Baffled.

@Michel Kohanim @bmercier @Chris Jahn Starting last night, not sure of exact time, I am no longer able to control anything via Alexa/Google. Admin Console shows that I am connected to the portal and "Online". Going to ISY Portal it shows "green" connected but says "ISY is not online" if I try to do anything with Alexa/Google. Also, I can only log into the ISY via local IP and not via the portal. Looking at my license, it shows "no expiry" however it is 5/1/19 for both. Did I expire? I didn't get any emails letting me know I was.

yes, it works on Catalina without an issue.

I'm in Canada too and my dots are hit and miss. Sometimes named timers work and sometimes not. I have not figured why. The inconsistency is annoying and clearly not geofenced. As far as the app goes, mine says Alerts and Timers. Then when you select it it has three headers, Reminders, Alarms, Timers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It doubt it is related to account type, It is a function of the firmware version. I do notice that if I speak too quickly it sometimes doesn't catch the "Name" of the timer, however I think that is more related to voice training as I recently reset that as I was not being heard properly.

I actually have two different setups. My v1 devices were previously setup, via http updates, to use my Canadian address. This allowed me to get local information like weather, restaurants, traffic etc. This functionality no longer works to set the address and when asking for weather informs me that it can not get info for the current location. V2 devices use a US address. Even though, both v1 and v2 provide named timers without issue. Do you have the devices associated with a US or Canadian Amazon account? Mine are US accounts. Your system sw versions match or are newer then the ones stated above? Are your devices associated with US or CA amazon accounts? Hate to go to basics....have you tried rebooting the device? You never know.... Sample attached... Test Timer.mp3 Reminder.mp3

Yes, I too am in Canada and have 4 Dots, two of the v2 and 2 v1. Both work fine with named timers. I say "Alexa, set Egg timer for 3 minutes" and "she" responds "Egg timer set for 3 minutes". Every once in a while "she" doesn't hear the name of the timer I requested and just sets a standard timer. Try speaking slowly and annunciate clearly the name of the timer and then the time. That is the easiest way to see if it is being picked up properly. My current firmware: v1: 5822 v2: 578223820

I use DSClink on an RPi and it works great (I am running 4.5.4). It communicates both ways almost instantly and I have events triggered off of open doors, alarms etc. I also have KPL and remotelinc buttons set to turn the alarm on/off and show status etc. I haven't used v5 Nodelink yet but I imagine it works almost exactly the same with regards to functionality. Spend $50ish on an RPi and it will accomplish what you want and then some. Once you have the RPi I can almost guarantee that you will find other uses for it as well. You don't need to be a programmer to get it working, there are fantastic How To's on the forums. Check it out.

That is basically what I figured as well. My "test" networks will have less then a dozen total devices. I want to play with each "kind" of device to learn the nuances of v5.
