Got it. I think developers should make it more clear that they could stop working at any time and not call them perpetual. I literally got one or two days of the Tesla plugin working and then bought the second version which never worked. It may not be the developers fault but they collected money for something that was supposed to work.

Is it common to have to keep buying updates to Polyglot plugins? I know it's not a whole lot of $$ but I've paid for several that seemed to work for a while and then they break and require complex workarounds that cost money....or simply just don't work anymore. I thought the benefit of PG and Eisy was that you could easily just connect devices without complexity. Specifically, I'm talking about the Tesla plugin and Ecobee. I paid for each of these...perpetual licenses, and now they don't work due to API changes but why am I paying for these things that could break at any time without notice?

In the plugin dashboard, I only see an option to install the Free version. How do I purchase the pro version?

With my old ISY, it used to find it automatically and now I have to type it in manually. Then it is saved for a few weeks but the for some reason, it forgets the address and I have to jump through hoops to get it working again. Kind of a PITA.

Thanks for the response. I show that I have version 5.7.0_1. I did the Upgrade Packages and it seems like nothing actually happens and it still shows the same version but now the programs do seem to work for whatever reason. Most of them are still in Red though. I'm not sure what that means but they are working. I guess green is good. Yellow means there is a problem with the program but what does Red mean?

My Eisy has the latest firmware. All devices seem to be working fine but one day, all of my programs just stopping running. They now all show as disabled and almost all of them are in RED. I've tried rebooting and also unplugging the PLM but no change. Any ideas as to what might be happening?

Polyglot does NOT allow me to log in for some reason. No changes were made and when I click login, it just sits there like an assH***

Would be nice if there were a more robust error message. It seem like often my program do not run and I have to spend a lot of time figuring out A: How to log into Polyglot and B: trying to figure out which service is not running properly. This was supposed to be plug and play and now all my greenhouse plants are dead since the fan did not turn on

Is there any way to use the Blink camera's motion sensor to trigger an ISY event?

I have the Eisy and Zwave/Zmatter dongle plugged in. Latest version of software for everything. When I try to add a Zwave device, Eisy does not recognize anything. It listens but never finds anything. I have a simple plug switch and also a multisensor motion/temp sensor that I'm trying to pair. Do I need some kind of a ZWave hub or something? Things were working fine with my ISY994i

Yes, I received my cable kit and the Eisy is now working. There was initially a problem which was caused by me switching from Wifi to a wired connections. I had set it up initially to use Wifi but decided it would be better to connect direcly to my router and that caused a problem since the Eisy was still try to connect via Wifi AND wired. Support did a remote session and fixed everything. I have not been able to pair any ZWave devices though. I do have the USB dongle installed.

Never mind. I figure it out. You have to enter a custom parameter with the Key as REFRESH_TOKEN and Value, the token. This was not clear to me initially. I wish the fields would be automatically generated for us novices

Has anyone been able to get TeslaEV to work? It asks for a token, which I can supply but there is no filed in the config for me to add that. I can add a field manually but I don't know what to enter and where.

Thanks for the tips. I don't have VPN and I'm on the same network. Typing in the IP manually always seems to work though. I did have to get UD support to look into a strange issue with connectivity that turned out to be caused by me starting with eisy in Wifi mode and then switching to wired. It was still trying to connect both ways and causing a conflict.
