    iOS finder always starts full screen, even when I resize it. Any solutions?
  3. The power cut out and restored quickly I think 3 times, each time I got the chime saying EISY was back up. All the devices were not showing status dots on either UD mobile or status on Admin Console. None of the scheduled programs were running. I installed a new PLM when I got upgraded to EISY maybe 2 years ago and bought a spare one also at that time. Thanks for helping me out.
  4. Here's what worked: Unplug EISY, modem and cat cable from modem wait a bit, plug modem back in, then cat cable then power up EISY everything comes back normal! So nice...

  6. yes, I can get to admin console, it says connected but no device status shows. In UD Mobile it shows connected also, I synced and refreshed but same problem not dot showing status of nodes.

    I find I cannot collapse folders in the admin console, they are always in the expanded view. Is there a solution to collapse these folders anyone knows of?
  10. downloaded and ran the fresh copy and got this: Great, but not showing my unit. Tried Add and used the info from my current login, except using the url assigned to the EISY after the upgrade: https://192.168.0.9:8443/desc Nothing, response "not found". Im still optimistic though!
