When I click on that URL or load it directly in the browser I get no action.

I am a newbie to the ISY. I added a device to a couple of scenes and it worked for a couple of days. Now, I cannot connect to it despite repeated tries. It worked perfectly before making the move from the 2412n to the ISY. The switch works perfect manually and its status light displays correctly. I am also getting false status reports from several devices!

I am setting up my ISY and have encountered a problem with access using the external IP address. The app loads and gives me access to my devices and scenes but when I attempt to access the admin console I get the message "Error. Click for details." I currently have an Insteon 2412n running a mixed group of Insteon and X-10 switches. I am considering switching to an ISY994i. I understand that setup will require an Insteon PLM (2412s or 2413s). I plan to integrate a Zigbee thermostat into the new system. My modem is is an Airport Extreme linked with an Airport Express to extend the range of the network. My computer is a Mac running 10.8.5 but will soon be running Mavericks. I have MobiLinc Pro on my iPhone to access this system and 2 Smarthome cameras. What potential problems, if any, should I be aware of as I consider this change?
