Ok, here goes what answers I can give you: 1. I setup the screen as "custom" 2. I have an fbo in /dev 3. The screen "name" is "Goodix Capactivie Touchscreen" 4. How do I reinstall for a different screen ? (I can't find installconsole.sh anymore) 5. The touch works outside of the Console and was calibrated (the latest stretch change to libinput which this screen didn't care for initially). Console.log

Kevin, I finally got my system put together and softconsole loaded. However, once the console starts it is no longer responsive to touch. Any thoughts? My system is an Rpi0W with a Pimoroni Hyperpixel 4" touchscreen. I used the pimoroni drivers and touch works fine on the desktop. However, once softconsole starts, nothing. One more item. I've gotten the pushover part working fine, but I can't seem to find the info for creating and external URL link to do something on the ISY. Honestly, I am not sure what to even look up. Jeff

The title kind of says it all. I want to receive a notification and in that notification have actionable (via press) items. Say for example, when my geo fence is tripped and the ISY variable for away is set but the house isn't put into away mode, I would like a notification that has a button or hyperlink I can click to put the house into away mode (turn on a lighting scene for example). I don't want to have to go open mobilinc to execute the scene on command but rather do it from the message. Is this even possible? Bam2

Anyone acquired the brilliant tech switches yet? Any way to integrate with isy? It lists Smartt Inga as a compatability.

I use a single account with 2fa and less secure for the isy specific app password.

Can nodelink and polyglot run on the same rpi?

Make sure for you've copied the scene levels for each controller in the scene. You can troubleshoot by running from admin console. If it works there is a level issue with one of the controllers. Jeff

Michael is can I PM you to discuss. Simple controls engineers say special characters in passwords aren't allowed. I can't figure out if it's their issue (bad coding) or some standard isn't followed with ISY (I dobt belive this is the case). I don't think SC should advertise isy compatibility if they don't fully support it. What do you think? Jeff

Not issue with internet. Issue connecting on home network to isy from simple control remote. It turns out simple control does not support special characters in isy password. They don't send them correctly. So if you use them simple control won't work. Jeff

I know. Even told simple control that. Only turned on for initial discovery. Then off. What does the gateway change accomplish? Jeff

Just to be sure, you don't set the Dim level of a dimmer to set back light brightness. You set the backlight on/off levels.

Uh. No. If the sleep a constant 8 hours then they would go to bed 8 hours prior to the alarm. That would coincide with the good night button press. The point is the wage up time isn't regular. But as I stated "assuming the sleep time is constant" accounts for that. Also, correcting to a new set point close to an exact time based on a constant sleep duration is surely better than nothing at all. Obviously I realize that must folks don't get a constant sleep duration but it is viable if they do.

Could you count a certain amount of time from when you initiate the Goodnight program? Assuming you sleep a relatively constant amount that might be close enough. Jeff

If the status change of 'not off' happens while the folder is disabled the program won't fire. Then it needs another trigger (change in status) to reevaluate the program.

Simple control is an IOS app that interfaces with GC devices and acts as remote. Has an alexa skill to integrate with that. Integrates pretty well with ISY. Can also view cameras in it. Not perfect but pretty good be getting better.
