Mine is working now

When i go to the portal it says ISY is not online

Mine is still not working

i have rebooted numerous times. Still not working

ISY Portal Says devices not available. I can login into the ISY unit and all devices are there and I can control them. Any Ideas. I noticed when I asked Alexa to turn on a light and it said hub is not available.

It just started working again

I cannot use Alexa to turn on anything. I went to the portal and It will not let me login in. Is the portal down.xc

Hi My ISY994 has a red light on error and a blue light flashing on memory. I cant connect to ISY it just says not found. I did accidently unpluged the insteon box that connected to the isy. I have restarted the isy and the insteon box numerous times. Anyone have an idea how to fix. None of my automation is working.

I noticed that you are using polygot with the schlage sense. I have been looking for a way to do this. Can you please share how you integrated it.

Restore did not help. Replaced PLM and restored again and everything is working as it should. Thanks for the help.

I will try restoring when I get home from work. It is definitely over 2 years old. If I need another it will be my third one. Thanks for the help kclenden and Brian H

I did not click on start just opened. Should I have clicked the start. can I restore the links.

The status of PLM shows 6 digit code and connected. PLM links table is empty. Trying restarting both.. keep getting communication errors with each device. As for the lights, I was referring to the back where the network cabales attach. Only the one connected to the router light up.

Tried a new cable. No luck. How do I know if it’s the PLM or the Isy.

I will try the cable. I can control stuff through the network module. There are lights on the isy. The network cable going from the isy to the router shows 2 green lights but the network cable going to the PLM does not have the green lights. Should there be lights on it.

I cannot connect to any devices from the isy. The PLM light is green but the network cable from the PLM to the ISY is not showing any lights. How can I tell if it is a bad PLM

Im not at home right now but i logged into the Alexa portal and everything shows offline. The devices in Question also have a new entry. This is why the 2 entries.

Michel I'm still having issues. Very frustrating. It is randomly happening on different devices. Today I cant turn on the basement light. I say Alexa turn on the basement light. It responds basement light does not support that. Yesterday it was the light in my family room and another day the hall light. All with the same responses. The family room light and hall light seem to be working again. but not the basement light. It had been running great for months. I have made no changes accept installing the Zwave module which was no problem. Not sure if it started after that. I think maybe it has something to do with the update. I did notice something that looks strange in the Alexa app. Seems to be 2 entries for basement light.

Michel This morning when I said Alexa turn on the Windows lamp it did it this time, but when I said Alexa turn on the hall light it said the hall light does not support this. So it must hear me because it is repeating it back. I noticed in my skills section that ISY was enabled and ISY optimized for smart home 3 was enabled. I disabled the ISY and tried and the hall light and it worked. Not sure if it was a coincidence or not because it seems different devices are experiencing the same thing. Everything had been working perfectly for a very long time before this started. Edit Just said Alexa turn on the Window Lamp and it said the Window lamp does not support that. It is definitely random.

Michel i have been on V3 since it came out.

Well it’s doing exactly the same thing again. Most devices it says it does not support that.

Didn’t do anything and it’s working again. Must have been an Amazon issue.
