  1. Right-click on your desktop and click on "Display settings". Then, choose a resolution that allows you to view all the information in the admin console.
  2. I've changed the display resolution, so all the information is viewable.
  3. Right click on the device and select delete. This will delete the device from your eisy. The device would need to be factory reset before trying to include in a system. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk
  4. You may want to check the connection where the antenna cable connects to the board. I had similar problems and discovered that connection was the problem. The connector on the antenna cable was not making a good connection to the connector on the board.
  5. The best way to get programming help here is to post the program. You can right-click on the program in the admin console, click on copy to clipboard, and then paste it into a post here. Explain what you want the program to do. I'm sure you will get the help you need by doing this.
  6. I've used this device successfully to control my Liftmaster garage door for a few years. I can confirm that it works with the GoControl GDOOZ-8-GC and the YoLink garage door opener. Here's the link to the device. https://www.garadget.com/product/security-2-0-dry-contact-adapter/
  7. The recommended way to remove/exclude a Z-wave device is the use the remove/exclude option on the admin console. Here's a link to the document that explains removing a Z-wave device. https://docs.universal-devices.com/production/zw.pdf If you use the removed failed device option as you have been doing, you should factory reset the device. Even though you removed the device from your eisy, it still has your eisy as its controller. Using the recommended method will remove the device from your eisy and remove your eisy from the device.
  8. These will work for me. Thank you!
  9. I tried your suggestions with no change. I reinstalled the plug-in thn clicked on load profile before starting the admin console with no changes. I deleted the plugin and installed it in a different slot, then clicked on load profile before starting the admin console with no changes.
  10. I've just installed the Schlage plug-in, and it works very nicely. Thank you. The issue I'm having is setting the deadbolt's status in a program. I am given a list of my variables or a numerical choice. Is this correct? When setting the status of the battery in a program, it works as expected. I've attached screenshots below. Thank you!
  11. I use an Insteon wireless switch and mini remotes as controllers to control my Govee lights in scenes. The Gove lights are responders. Sometimes there's a bit of delay. But, for what I use the Govee lights for, it doesn't matter.
  12. Mine do the same thing. Only one local will connect at a time.
  13. Did you restart the node server and then restart the admin console?
