I have a button with links that do not belong. I suspect it happened when I upgraded to EISY from my isy9994. I simply need to remove those extra links, but how can I do that?? The image shows the kitchen light button and somehow the deck lights are linked. The kitchen sink light address is:

I have a program that turns devices on and off several times per day. I would like to send a text message for each time it does this. I already have IFTTT webhooks connected but do not know where to start Help!!!

Had a problem with a power outage for my PLM. Restored Power and with help was able to recover everything for my EISY system. I just noticed that for some reason, when my "random night lights" program runs, my outside deck lights turn on even though there is no mention of them in the program. I am guessing there is some kind of link issue. I ran the Show links routine for the switch that controls the lights directly (on the left in the attached image) and then ran the Compare function (the image on the right). Unfortunately, now I do not know how to fix whatever seems to be wrong here. Notes: 33.d7.b7 is an 8 port switch with one button to control those lights 34.E7.8B I cannot find anywhere in my list of devices or scenes. 33.10.4F is a switch in another room but should NOT be linked to the deck lights. How can I fix this?

Purchased and installed the pro version of audio player and installed the bluetooth addon. Set up the path to my music in the audio player and paired my bluetooth speaker. Tried to play the "Example.mp3" and no sound. Played around a bit and now it is stuck as shown below even after a restart of the admin console. Still no sound!!! Not sure what to do: Do I need scene control for this?

Okay, here is what I have done. 1. Purchased the Webhook Node Server 2. Installed it and I can see it in my EISY system 3. I went to the Maker page in my IFTTT account and I have my API Key. Not sure what to do with it. 4. Tried to create a UBIBOT External Probe temperature value to create a trigger for my EISY but I am not sure what to do from this point. I can create the "IF" section so it will trigger when the temperature falls below my set amount but then what do I do for the "THEN" section so I will see it in the EISY. HELP!!!

start.jnlp not starting on Win11 "Select app to open..."
JoelW replied to JoelW's topic in IoX Support
Thank you both for your suggestions. The link was broken and once I reset the link, it works as it did before. Not sure how it became disconnected but whatever - it is now okay!!! Thanks so much!!! -
All of a sudden, I am unable to run my ISY. I am running Win 11 and have Java latest version 8 installed. I downloaded a new copy of admin.jnlp and start.jnlp but whenever I try to run it, I get the following dialog: No matter what I choose, it does nothing. I even tried to run "http://192..../start.jnlp" and "http://192..../admin.jnlp" from the browser but still nothing happens. I have cleared the Java cache and have no idea why it will not run. The ISY is working and on the network as the programs are running correctly.

Okay, i have another Win 11 computer that it works on perfectly. So (why didn't I think of this first) I copied the details of the shortcut to my new computer and now it works. All i had to do was change the location of the Java EXE since I am now using the 64-bit version. Thanks Mr. Bill. I appreciate your trying to help me! This is how the shortcut looks. "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_321\bin\javaws.exe" -localfile -J-Djnlp.application.href=https://isy.universal-devices.com/launcher/isy.jnlp "C:\Users\Joel Weisbrod\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\14\7f87040e-3d68cc62"

I am double clicking to use start. Where should it be pointing?

I just installed a new computer with Windows 11. I followed the instructions for installing the Java runtime and downloaded the latest "Start.jnlp" from the site. Now, for some reason, it will not run. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks Michael! I did as you suggested and I am now up and running 100% on my ISY994i. Luckily, my PLM is working fine!
