Open a ticket with UDI. I just mailed my EISY to them for testing and repair or replacement.

Yes, yes, and yes. So here I am, stuck in never never land. When I click on My ISY it links to a download for start.jnlp. So here I am, stuck in never never land. Is there any way to determine if the EISY device is the problem?

Okay, I think we need to address this one step at a time. I repeated all the steps again, and I still see no device called EISY (or eisy) in the list of devices on the router. If I do this with any other device, it goes to offline status and then returns to online status when it is turned on again. I do have an offline entry for polisy: Not sure what to do!

FYI, Before the PLM died (I am assuming that is what happened) everything was working perfectly.

I am on a PC running Win 11 Router has DHCP running and all my other dhcp devices are working fine. Cleaned the Java cache as suggested with all 3 boxes. Followed your link to install Start.jnlp. It updated my Java version and installed a new start.jnlp. Now, when I launch the new start.jnlp, I get "IOX Finder: Not Found

Yes, Orange steady and green blinking! Tride a new cable and it is the same!

Okay, thanks for all the help. Unfortunately, I am slow to follow up because I have had no power and no Internet until early this morning. Anyway, I already carefully followed the procedure and still cannot find anything. Second, I cannot find my EISY device in my router device list. I even tried all the unlabeled devices and none of them are hard wired like the EISY. Frustrating!!!!

Suddenly, my EISY will not do anything. No light on my PLM so I am installing a new PLM. I turned off the EISY I removed the old PLM Plugged in the new PLM and hooked up the cable to the EISY. Now, when I launch the IoX Launcher, it cannot find my EISY (see image attached). Tried holding the "set" button on my new PLM - no difference.

I have a program that turns devices on and off several times per day. I would like to send a text message for each time it does this. I already have IFTTT webhooks connected but do not know where to start Help!!!

Had a problem with a power outage for my PLM. Restored Power and with help was able to recover everything for my EISY system. I just noticed that for some reason, when my "random night lights" program runs, my outside deck lights turn on even though there is no mention of them in the program. I am guessing there is some kind of link issue. I ran the Show links routine for the switch that controls the lights directly (on the left in the attached image) and then ran the Compare function (the image on the right). Unfortunately, now I do not know how to fix whatever seems to be wrong here. Notes: 33.d7.b7 is an 8 port switch with one button to control those lights 34.E7.8B I cannot find anywhere in my list of devices or scenes. 33.10.4F is a switch in another room but should NOT be linked to the deck lights. How can I fix this?

Purchased and installed the pro version of audio player and installed the bluetooth addon. Set up the path to my music in the audio player and paired my bluetooth speaker. Tried to play the "Example.mp3" and no sound. Played around a bit and now it is stuck as shown below even after a restart of the admin console. Still no sound!!! Not sure what to do: Do I need scene control for this?

Okay, here is what I have done. 1. Purchased the Webhook Node Server 2. Installed it and I can see it in my EISY system 3. I went to the Maker page in my IFTTT account and I have my API Key. Not sure what to do with it. 4. Tried to create a UBIBOT External Probe temperature value to create a trigger for my EISY but I am not sure what to do from this point. I can create the "IF" section so it will trigger when the temperature falls below my set amount but then what do I do for the "THEN" section so I will see it in the EISY. HELP!!!

Thank you both for your suggestions. The link was broken and once I reset the link, it works as it did before. Not sure how it became disconnected but whatever - it is now okay!!! Thanks so much!!!
