I am not logged into the portal. We shall see what happens tmrw when my weekly notification comes in. For now I have deleted all notifications in the app.

on Sat morning - I get a test alert - so will document what happens

for me, the count reverts back to the big number, after a new notification is received. So I clear out notifications, get a new notification, it shows the big number on the app icon, until I go into the app itself, then it gets corrected.

I am having the same issue after upgrading to 1.1.61 and the prior version. Some of my favorites show fine, some take a few mins to update, and some don't at all but sometimes they do. Also my zwave devices take a long time to show properly.

Mine are slow to respond, sometimes they all come back, sometimes they don't. Started happening after I upgraded the app to latest this evening.

My unit was offline then online, now offline again as of 3:56PM EST. Unit is based in NY.

I did not do any of the Unifi updates (mine are set to manual) and my eisy cannot access the portal.

@Michel KohanimInteresting. I wonder if some networks are more sensitive on the discovery than others, but if on the same subnet should really matter.

Curious, is there an doco on how the discovery process works? As in how does ISY/EISY advertise itself to the discovery service? I have been using ISY/EISY for 10+ years, the discovery works 99% of the time, but sometimes it doesn't and I have to manually add in the URL of the device.

Make sure to disable the program, then do the run then from UD Mobile I have this for 2 garage doors.

i do not have the notification node server installed. I am using network resources for notifications within programs Am I confusing what I am doing with "notifications"?

Guys, I still do not understand the order of operations here. Is it Upgrade to 5.6.2, then update UD Mobile? When does the purchase of the Standard Module happen, and how is that installed on the EISY? What becomes of my current notifications (i have 30+)?
