Thanks for the help. Looks like I just needed to look into the device specs more....

Well I should have done more homework upfront. Thanks S

Hello, I purchased a Zwave Plus Switch and for some reason, only one of the outlets (Bottom)"works" when turning the outlet on/off via the admin console. The other one remains on I have the Button1 object added to the scene that would control the function at the specified time. Thanks for any guidance. S

Thanks @lilyoyo1 I use my ISY994i to manage all devices. I am just starting to use ZWave and really didn't use the Polisy for anything much yet. Rather than add the ZWave Board to my ISY, I bought the ZooZ Stick so I could add ZWave Devices to my Polisy. As per the screen shot, I was successful in adding the devices. I am not using any function of those zwave devices via the Polisy at this time. My question is, how can I add those devices to my ISY via the Polisy so I can add them to scenes that are on my ISY. And yes, I could go into the Polisy Console and turn off the zwave devices. That is not the issue.

Hi All, I successfully connected the ZooZ stick on my Polisy. I am also able to add ZWave Devices to the Polisy. How the heck do I get them to show up in my ISY so I can add them to my programs? I have searched all over.

Appreciate the input, cost is not a factor... I just want to avoid having 20 different brands of devices.
-
Roger that.

I just ordered the Zwave Mod so will have it soon enough... so at this time, no ZWave devices. Only insteon dual band devices. FW is at 5.3.0

Hi All, looked through the forum but was unsuccessful in finding a clear answer... Not sure if Insteon is dead or it's all just supply chain related but, does anyone have a solid (and one that's not going to go out of business) brand that they are using for wall outlets that work with the ISY? So many to choose from. S

I was about to return the leak sensor because of this... I too in fact created a program to report if there is a lack of heartbeat... but since it does not show a status normally, I can not accomplish this... Furnace - Variable Control 2 - [iD 000A][Parent 0001] If Control 'Furnace Water-Heartbeat' is switched On Or Control 'Furnace Water-Heartbeat' is switched Off Then $sLeakFurnace = 1 Wait 25 hours $sLeakFurnace = 2 Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') Leak Sensor Problem - [iD 000E][Parent 0001] If ( Time is 9:00:00AM Or Time is 6:00:00PM ) And ( $sLeakSump is not 1 Or $sLeakFurnace is not 1 ) Then Send Notification to 'All' content 'Leak Sensor Problem' Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') How can I force a heartbeat status? Regards, S

Thanks Larryllix... Obviously I am new at this... Are you saying to create a variable ? Perhaps you can provide me with a little more detail. I am removing the fade up per your suggestion. I appreciate it, Regards, S

Thanks Oberkc but it does not seem to be the case.. program works great!... If I control the switches via the console or via the web it's fine and I can see the refresh happen... But if the program runs... there is no refresh... The program is simple but perhaps wrong? Outdoor Sunset - [iD 0004][Parent 0001] If Time is Sunset - 15 minutes Then Set 'Porch Lights' Fade Up Set 'Soffit Lights' Fade Up Set 'Garage Outdoor Lights' Fade Up Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action')

Hello all, Quick question.. .what is the best practice to show accurate status on a device after it is either triggered manually (at the device itself) or after a program runs... My thought would be to add a "query" to the program (IE: Sunset turn lights off) ... Ok that would take care of that however, not if I go up to the switch and turn it on.... Also, how the hell do you create a program to run a query? Regards, S

Thanks Teken.... Or.. shit I guess I can just change the wall switch itself... Didn't even think of that... thanks! Regards, S

Thanks larryllix stusviews and LeeG for your responses... For now, the widget I created from the MObilic App I just select "fast on" to turn the light on 100% or "Fast Off" for 0%... Then there is a second widget I tie to the scene if i select off.. it processes the scene and ramps down... I really think if the Mobilinc app was a little more intuitive it would work as desired with a single button to press and invoke the scene.. Oh well we can only hope.
-
Ok great so 8 min. my question is still the same I do have it so that I can turn the light on only using "fast on" and if I select "off" on the scene it will have the desired effect. But if I use the normal "on" process it basically runs the scene and does a ramp up at the Scene Rate (slow) rather than the rate I have on the device itself
-
Ok thanks I get it.. but there is no button... I do not have it tied to any button. Only the light. Fully controlled by Mobilinc (Or ISY).. Is that a problem? I want to be able to turn the light fully on.. press the goodnight scene and have it ramp down over period of time. In the scene, I have current state at whatever the light is at... The on level should be 100 I assume and the ramp rate is what I desire. The problem is, if I push "on" and have the ramp rate at 9 min no matter what, wont it take 9 min to come on?

Hi All, I am really not familiar on the purpose or how to when it comes to variables ... I have been reading up and such but... well.. it's not clicking yet.. ANYWAY... Perhaps the more I use them the more I will get them. This is my question: I have a bedroom light that I wish for my wife to be able to push a "good night" button (Scene?) and the light will dim until over spanning x min of time. No clue where to start.. I assume it's if Light is >=1% then execute ... but thinking thought this.. I need to trigger the process. Regards, S

Thanks... funny. I didn't realize where to look that's all I got it and it works great.. Regards, S
