I'll try this again, in case someone knows, but does not scroll so far down the message list Is there a way to find the route from the zwave device back to the Policy/IoX? It seem like something that would be in one of the XRay pages, but I can't find anything that looks like a a list of nodes, etc. It used to be easy to show them on the old 500 boards/ISYs I'm on 5.5.9 and I can run the heal network command, which seems to be finding neighbors and saving the route back to the Policy/IoX, but I have no idea if it's taking a long route that would be improved if I added a device somewhere in-between, etc.

5.5.9 fixes the issue of my GoControl / Linear GD00Z-4 Z-Wave Garage Door Opener Controller not providing status from it's Barrier Alarm node. After running an "Update with Interview" on the node, my programs now have access to all the status states from the Barrier Alarm, including "Low battery warning", which is the one I was most interested in.

Follow up on this issue, in case anyone else find it by searching. After updating to 5.5.9, I was able to get the device to show up by running Synchronize/New &Deleted with interview. Once it was listed, I could delete it with a simple right click delete Also, with 5.5.9, the network healing process did not fail when it hit the phantom copy of my Schlage lock. Still nice to have it gone.

I had a program than monitored the batteries on the old ISY994 with the 500 board, otherwise I would not be sure; it was there I think it is part of part one of the sub nodes, but nothing is showing now. They do last a long time, so I won't worry about it much. Getting the status back makes was the many issue for me.

Are your goControls reporting the battery status of the sensor? The open/close is working great now, but the battery status is still missing for me. I re-ran the interview, but it did not help.

I've seen this happen several times, especially after rebooting. Http takes a while to work, but https works right away. It might even be related to some of the errors in my error log related to Home Assistant.

I have a wave device showing up in X-Ray, that I believe was a failed add of my Schlage lock. My Schlage lock eventually added, but in a different zwave slot, so now I have a ghost device that is not listed in the Main tab, so I can't remove it as a failed device. Also, it wants to update the neighbors when healing the network, and it fails every time, causing the all devices after it to also fail. Is there are way to unhide (of just remove) devices that failed their initial interview?

PG3 is not working for me either, however IoX and AC are running fine.

thanks. I looked, but my PLM status just says connected. The issue seems to be only when editing and saving programs. I managed to get all the changes in after a dozen or so reboots, so I'm at least working for now. I still want to fingureout what wrong though, incase its a sign of large upcoming failure. I did notice on the System Status page, it shows a lot of "Bad" memory. I'll open a ticket.

one other issue that has come up as I've been fixing up programs for a few devices I removed and re-added. Loading the program page int he admin console is super slow, like a couple of minutes slow. But more importantly, I can only change and save a couple of programs before it fails to save and I have to reboot the ISY, if I want to edit/save anymore programs. I get these after a few saves:

With my replacement ZMatter board, things when significantly better. After manually running several interviews, and removing a couple of old devices that I could not find, IoX on Polisy is mostly working now. The only thing I still have not gotten to work are my garage door openers. They are GoControl ZWave Plus controllers and they show up are barriers in the admin console, but the status never shows anything, even after querying them. Yhr open and close commend work, but the status never reflects the state. My Schlage and Kwikset wave door locks open, close and report their state fine, so I know barriers work, just not the GoControls's for some reason. I did remove and re-add one of them, but that made no difference. Has anyone else gotten GoControl garage door opened controllers fully working with Zmatter/IoX?

Before migrating to IoX and the zmatter board, ISY used to have an option to show the ZWave neighbors, and last routing info. I found that useful for determining if I needed to add a repeater for better response. I can't seem to find that with XRay. Is the info berried in the the details on the node info or node object pages? I'm curious if I can remove the repeaters now that the zmatter board + polisy have better range.

I restored the IoX on the Polisy to the back up from before the migration attempt, and tried to add a Z-Wave device. The Z-Wave menu is there, but selecting Add or Remove does not do anything. so I suspect you are right the board is not responding. I'll open a ticket.

After following the steps , Insteon devices are fine, but all ZWave devices are disabled and are marked as (placeholder). I don't see any sign of the interview process running in the log or event viewer, and zwave xray for "DH Controller" and "DH All Devices", says: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><RestResponse succeeded="false"><status>404</status></RestResponse> Any ideas on what I can do to get the zwave migration to start?

I’m sort of stuck on this on my polisy. I hit migrate new zwave get the matter board to work before the new instructions came out. Hopefully at some point there will be another migration option for backup of 994s

I submitted a support ticket. Michel said I need to wait until the 12/1 firmware update.

I have zwave support checked. There is no indication that the zmatter board is working. The board is properly seated, so I’m not sure why it’s not recognized.

I installed the board this evening and have IoX 5.4.5 with ZWave enabled. I did not have the ZooZ dongle set up previously, as I've been putting off a full migration to IoP. The Z-Wave menu is available, but when I pull it down all it has is a single item "! Z-Wave dongle not responding" I've tried updating model again, and rebooting a few times, but nothing seem to change. Probably best to wait until the next firmware update is released with better ZMatter support. (at least with the Wave version pulldown)

I've been holding off moving from ISY994i to Polisy due to the hassle of removing and re-adding all my zwave devices, then correcting all the programs on the ISY AND all the Home Assistant devices, since the numbering will all be different. I came close a few times, and even have the Zooz 700 Stick and an Insteon USB PLM, but it's a lot of work, and I never got the block of time to pull the trigger. Will backing up from a ISY994i with a 500 series board, then restoring to ISY on Polisy with the ZMatter board, keep all the zwave device numbering the same? On the ZMatter board order page, it says "Easy migration from 994 500 Series and Zooz 700 series dongle. Migration from your 994 is as easy as backup/restore", but then it links to the instructions to do so and it says "Note Z-Wave nodes are not automatically migrated", so I'm not sure how it will work.

With the release today, I can reorder the status on the node page, which is awesome. Can the status line under the node name on the favorites page be the status I've placed at the top of the node page? Currently for my Quikset lock (garage Interior Door) it shows the battery level on the favorites page, but I've made the locked status the top entry on the node screen. The Schlage (Front Door) lock does show the locked status, already, and I'd like them to match.

Is there a rought timeline for when this will happen? I'd love to remove the ISY and just have the Polisy to simplify things, but I have not seen any mention anywhere of when that might actually be feasible.

I don't have a second Harmony hub yet, so I have not tried it myself, but there is a new skill for Alexa call "Harmony - Secondary Hub"

I'm no sure if this is the right spot, but I could not find a separate discussion about the desktop icon. Is there a higher resolution version of the admin console icon available could use? The console is the only lowers/blocky icon on my Dock, and it really sticks out.
