Hello, I have an isy 994 IR Pro and after 4 years of good operation, suddenly all my Z-Wave devices stopped working. I have Insteon devices which work fine. At first, I was able to get the status of my Z Wave Devices. On the other hand, I was not able to give them instructions. 24 hours later, nothing works. In the Admin Console, all Z-Wave devices are marked with a red exclamation point. Does anyone have an idea of the problem?

Hello, I would like to make a small program to warn me when the front door of the house garage remains open for more than 30 min. I have a child who has a little ADD and he sometimes leaves the front door open. Since it's a door that goes through the garage, sometimes you realize it the next morning. So, I have an ELK security system and purchased the module for the ISY994. So I can select the door status sensor. However, I have no idea how to write this kind of program. Thank you for helping me. I tried this and it doesn't work. Garage doors stay open If Elk Zone 'Front Garage Door' 'Physical Status' is Open Then Wait 30 minutes Send Notification to 'Front garage door left OPEN' Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action')

So if I understand when interference happen I do this test and I check for hop 1 instead of 2 or 3. This is will tell me what device have bad communication. After that I disconnect everything to see if the interference disappears and the signal (Hop) will come stronger ? Right ?

By the way, I received my phase coupler to day....I will see if it can help when some interference happen.

The front house lighting is Led flood light...but I have problem to turn on too...So I guess isn't produce interference when the led is OFF :-/ On this same circuit I have a TV and cable tv receiver recorder & entrance wardrobe light fluo compact light (almost always turn off). I will try to do some test when I will have problems. Seem to be an intermittent problem

Hi everybody, I just wondering if it's possible to trigger some switch (Insteon) who miss the first signal to goes ON...or Goes OFF. Here my program...very simple, but I'm a beginner in programmation. So here the problem: Since the installation of a new smart meter installed by my power company and operating on the same frequency as the Insteon switches, some switches not always trigger at the first time. Some device near the smart meter need to be trigger 2 or 3 times before to execute the command. So is there a way to send the signal again? Maybe 3 or 4 time the under the next 10 min.
