Has anyone been able to get the Fibaro remote to function in ZMatter. Attached are the nodes that were installed upon adding the remote. I have tried using a program and scene with no success. The other attachment is for the Fibaro 601 that was migrated. Tried the interviews many times to activate without success. Nodes are totally different from the Fibaro added with ZMatter. I need the remotes to stay on ZMatter. They are used daily managing our home automation.

Same problem when i downloaded 5.5.3. Did everything you did to try to correct. After about an hour, it finally appeared.

I have had the same problem trying to add a Fibaro 601 remote. It goes through the interview process and closes without adding any nodes. I believe the battery devices don’t stay awake long enough to let the interview complete. Has anyone had success with adding a Fibaro remote? If so, please let us know the details for adding this device.

@asbril The restore process that was used was to power down the Polisy, plug the dongle back in, power up and open the AC after the Polisy rebooted. Then I restored the Polisy from the backup file taken before the migration. All devices worked fine with no other interaction.

Did the Polisy migration yesterday. The process was mostly successful; however, I experienced the following problems: 1 of the 2 UltraPro In-Wall Smart Switches (39354 ZW4009) did not connect to the network. Not sure about the steps to reestablish the connection - Remove, Sync, Add? Had no luck connecting to remove or add. 1 of the 5 Levitron Plug-In Dimmers (DZPD3) did not connect to the network. Same comment as above to reconnect. ZooZ Remote Switch (ZEN34) did not connect. May have indicated non supported in program. Should have noted the exact comment. This remote is used daily to shutdown lights at end of day. Fibaro Keyfob (FGKF-601) did not connect. As a result of these problems, I restored with the backup to the V5.5.2 release and Z-Wave dongle. All devices working normally

Tried updating to 5.5.2 with no results - Clicked Update Packages, YES and console closes immediately. Current version is 5.4.5. Did anyone else experience this? Java is current.

I established 6 programs that are associated with the 6 buttons. Very simple applications that turn on and off 3 associated devices - Square - On, Circle - Off for device 1, and so on. The 1st 2 rows work with a single press. The last row, minus and plus, required 2 presses. Has anyone encounter the same. Also, has anyone used a scene with the KeyFob to do the same? Ideally, I would like to be able to turn on and off the device with the same button. Miss my Insteon 8 button Mini Remote.

Just completed the hardware install of Zmatter hardware. The most difficult part was connecting the antenna wires to the board due to being a very small connection and my fat fingers. After many minutes of trying to connect, I decided to remove the antenna connections from the cover to make way easier. This made the installation very simple. As stated above and confirmed today by Michel, we need to wait until Thursday to cutover to the ZMatter. The Polisy works with the ZMatter hardware installed along with the dongle with no problems. I'm ready!!!
