  1. My EISY went offline at 2:21 am central time t is morning . Still offline.
  2. A clue should have been the power light changing intensity. (Now I know. lol)
  3. My problem turned out to be a weak power supply. It finally went weak enough that the isy stopped working. Replacing the power supply fixed it. thanks all! Larru

  6. Yes, I am using vlans. I moved the isy from one vla to another. I can access the isy from the new vlan (all functions work on the new vlan except the programs tab, which tries to go to the old IP/vlan.) on the LAN access, but everything works normally using Cloud access. A pertinent point: I believe that some point on the first IP/VLAN, I believe that I had the IP statically assigned, not DHCP I will open a ticket. Thanks Larry
  7. Status Update: I have done a new install of java on a different windows 11 computer, and I get the same results. I have "forgotten" the isy device on my unify network, restarted the ISY, and I get the same results.
  8. I will download everything again tomorrow. The authentication failure is because of the old IP I am pretty sure. Does it use DNS to get the IP?.. if so … it may be something with my UniFi Network. I will try deleting the isy from the network and see what that does . I will let you know how it goes once I can get back on my system. ( I have a wife that I have to keep happy. ) It also is strange that it only fails on the LAN Program tab. Everything else works great. Not a really big issue since everything works on the Cloud instansiation. Thanks for your help. Larry
  9. This is the error log. This was the IP of the ISY before I moved it to another LAN segment.
  10. Yes, I am using hte Launcher. the first (top image) is the Cloud About, and the second one is the LAN About.
  11. I am running windows 11, and when I try to access Programs tab using LAN, the system hangs. Everything works fine when using Cloud. The Error file indicates that the admin programs tab is trying to access an old IP, not the current IP of the ISY. I think I have deleted all the JAVA temporary files (reloaded Java). I don't know where to look but suspect that it may be getting that address from my unifi network somehow. Everything appears to be working correctly except the programs tab. Any ideas?
