I have an existing ceiling fan that is controlled by the 4 speed in-wall switch that came with the fan. Is it possible to use a micro on/off module either in the fan canopy or behind the in-wall fan speed switch? I only use the fan on low speed so my goal is to set the fan speed to low on the in-wall fan switch and then I can toggle it on and off with my phone or KPL through the micro on/off module.

I have read a few different questions on this forum about compatible thermostats and haven't found quite the answer I'm looking for. I use iRule and ISY for home automation. I want to get new thermostats and am trying to explore my options as to what is compatible with ISY. If I have the Z-Wave ISY hub, will absolutely ANY z-wave thermostats work? I can just pick one and go? Also, I see that there is some Venstar compatibility with ISY, specifically the 1800 and 1900. What about other models, specifically the ColorTouch 7850?
