    In Stock?

Need to upgrade my ISY,when can we expect eisy to be in stock?
  2. Was there ever a resolution to this issue? My echo says “family room lights doesn’t support that” when I ask it to turn it on. If I rediscover devices it will work for a while then start acting up again. Google home works fine and this as worked flawlessly on the alexa for almost a year, started acting up recently. Any ideas?
  3. So Alexa control started working last evening. Thanks for the response that they are not linked. I'm going to troubleshoot some more and see if I can replicate the problem. It has happened to me twice, that's why I posted the question.
  4. Hello I did a quick search and could not find anything. I have both Alexa and Google home connected to the ISY portal for control of Insteon devices. It seems when I control a device with my google home, my Alexa losses connection and I need to re-establish the connection to the skill and the portal. Anyone else have this issue? Any solution?
  5. Deleting post...Found my other post
  6. Good morning all. I have a couple of gable fans in my attics that are controlled with an insteon thermostat. They are working great but I want more data. I was wondering if it was possible to grab the current temperature (and humidity?) at a certain time interval and log that reading in a log file. I would like to build some graphs over time to see how my attic cools during the evening and to see if opening up windows cools better and pulls more air through the system. Hope this makes a little sense.
  7. stusview....I think that will work. By (non-toggle-on), the button is lit and achieves the goal of providing visual cue for what button to hit to activate the alarm.
  8. Here is my program Alarm Emergency - [iD 0024][Parent 002B] If Control 'Keypad6-Button D-Emergency' is switched On Or Control 'Masterbath / MasterbathD' is switched On Or Control 'Bar / Bar Keypad-Emergency' is switched On Then Set Elk Keypad 'Front Hallway' Press F2 Wait 1 second Set Elk Keypad 'Front Hallway' Press F2 Send Notification to 'XXX' content 'Emergency' Set Scene 'Emergency Buttons' On Else Set Scene 'Emergency Buttons' Off Emergency buttons are the buttons. If I go into device settings the whole keypad lights up not the individual button. The double f2 command just triggers an alarm condition on the elk. I want key (in this case key D) on multiple keypads, to be illuminated red when no alarm condition is present, and when pushed go to an illumination level of 15 to show the button and program has been activated.
  9. Good evening everyone. So I have a few questions and seek some seasoned guidance. Now that I have my ISY and Elk back talking to each other, its time to make some upgrades. Here is my goal. I have multiple 6 button keypads throughout the home. The D button on each keypad sends a double F1 command to my elk keypad and initiates an alarm with siren. It is a sudo panic alarm. The program also sends me a email notifying me of the alarmed condition. I have also added to the keypad key d a red plastic insert that colors the key red when illuminated. I would like to have all the keypads have that button illuminated at say 5 when off and go to 15 or blink when activated. My rational of having it illuminated when off is so that in panic it is a memory jogger on what key to hit to activate the alarm. To date I have added the keypad buttons to a scene called emergency button. I have added the scene to my program, but I am unsure how to trigger the on off function. Is this possible? Thanks in advance. The power of the isy and elk when integrated is incredible.
  10. So a little update but not a solution yet. I telneted into the isy and found my elk.cnf file had a zero file size. I deleted the file with the rf command. This was not allowing the backup and also appears to effect the elk configuration in the isy GUI. So after I did a backup, I tried to configure again with ip,non secure port and RP access code and it recreated a zero size elk.cnf file and did not connect. So, a little progress. Opened up a support ticket also.
  11. Understand...here is some new information, when i go to back -up the configuration of the ISY it fails to create the zip file and bombs out on the elk.conf file...Also, when I go in and out of the isy the elk configuration is not holding, it is blank every time I go into it..Is there a way to rebuild the elk.conf file? maybe corrupt?
  12. Marcin...no go..that is exactly how I had it set up. For some reason Ii think TLS comes into play on 2601??????
  13. Hello all. I have looked around for the solution to my issue with no avail of a solution, so I started a new topic. I would appreciate any help, even if you just push me to another link and tell me to read this, because honestly I have been stumped for weeks. So here goes. I have a M1 Gold with a MX1EP Firmware 2.0.42 on it, and an ISY (Ver 4.5.4) with the Elk module. I at one time had perfect integration, I now have none. I have tried multiple ways to connect to my elk both secure port 2601 and non-secure 2101. Neither work. Here is a copy of what the ISY is seeking: I have walked through many of the ideas, like un-checking passwords on the M1 and un-checking and rechecking the unsecure port and I have even messes with settings in the ISY admin console. Any help? One of he reasons this is important to me is that I have someone that works from home and I have programmed keypads around the home that when pressed, it alarms the M1 and sends me notifications. It is a great feature and works well for us. I'm frustrated with not having that functionality. Thanks a million.
  14. I just installed a Insteon thermostat in my attic and I want to log the temperature and humidity to a spreadsheet (google sheets???). I want to see trends in temperature and compare it to outside temperature and humidity to try and optimize my heating and cooling system here in South Texas. I don't know much about creating variables or pushing data but I have an ISY to help with programming. Any ideas or hints on how I may accomplish this? I actually have three attics and three thermostats that I would like to do this with. They also control gable fans.
