  1. My ISY went offline 12/18 11:52PM CT. Rebooted several times but no connection to Portal. Local connection works fine.
  2. Answering the questions on the 2nd bullet would be helpful with your reply. I know 994 is obsolete, I don't know what eisy provides.
  3. @Techman - think I found the issue. When testing for the response to 'run then' I noticed odd behavior. When I tested from the Network Resources Test function I was getting intermittent failures. I did a packet capture of the traffic and it all looked good, but some of it took longer than others. So I increased the timeout value to 3000ms and so far all connections have worked great. Must have been pure dumb luck that my tests worked in a timely fashion any my program runs didn't.
  4. @Techman - Intentionally kept it very simple for testing @MrBill - here's what event viewer shows.
  5. Ok, I have a Network Resource configured to post data to IFTTT. When I test it via the 'Test' function on Network Resources configuration tab it works great. All the values show in the IFTTT webhook and the applet works. However, when I place the Network Resource in a program to test, it errors that it failed to connect. Event View shows: Net-Resource: Failed connecting to maker.ifttt.com Any thoughts on why it works fine when testing but fails when put in a program? running 5.3.4
  6. Looking for some guidance on posting info from an ISY994 to InfluxDB cloud. The TLS connection is failing and I suspect it's due to the limited cipher suites on the ISY. I can post to InfluxDB using Postman with no issue, but not ISY. Are there any option to enhance the ciphers offered on ISY994 (guessing no) Does eISY offer stronger/more current ciphers? If so, is it published somewhere? Is there a way to leverage the UD Portal as a sort of relay or proxy for an outbound rest call from an ISY? I know I can receive incoming requests via portal, but haven't seen anything outbound. Thanks!
  7. Is there a way in UD Mobile app to show the last time a motion sensor detected motion or device was used? Either a timestamp or relative time reference? I had an alarm system at my previous house that would allow me to see when the last time a device or motion sensor was triggered and that was very helpful to view when I was away from home. It was a nice simple dashboard to easily see in a glance. Thanks!
  8. " Discounts? Yes, of course but only for our loyal customers:" I love how they determine 'loyal' customers as having purchased in the last 4 years. I been using my ISY for almost 10 years and added to it over the years. Maybe the definition of 'loyal' just means 'spent money with us lately'?
  9. Looks like it's time to ship it off for a refresh! Thanks for confirming.
  10. Hey @AndrewW - following up on this thread to see how everything is performing since the PLM repair. I've recently started to experience symptoms very similar to yours, but I didn't have the firmware or hub considerations. Everything had been working fine, then just started failing intermittently. Thanks!
  11. Hi Michel, my question was directed towards the OP regarding the issue just going away. Incidentally (or coincidentally), my ticket was updated shortly after my posting. What I found to resolve my issue was deleting all of the nodeservers in polyglot cloud. After a small period of time, the missing ISY portal nodeserver returned in slot 1 and I was finally able to sync correctly with the ISY. I then re-added another nodeserver, and it synched correctly with my ISY.
  12. I am experiencing the EXACT same issues that you described above. This all started after I made the poor mistake of updating my ISY Portal password. After that, everything went to h3ll! So this issue just went away? This is so frustrating. I have a case open with UDI, but no progress so far.
