  4. Thank you, I'm not the brightest bulb with this stuff! How do I do that?
  5. OMG!? Now what???
  6. Hi guys, so I don't have any wireless devices connected to this system, it's simply a new ISY994i ZW+. So I followed the power-up sequence that MrBill suggested (thank you!), I'm still getting the following error messages shown below when checking PLM info/status and Restore Modem (PLM). Any other suggestions? Is there anything simple that I was supposed to do in set up that I missed? Is the PLM supposed to just automatically be "seen"? Thanks again, Adam
  7. Hey MrBill, thanks for the response. I'll try that when I go on Thursday. FWIW, I already tried different cables with the same results. Will advise.
  8. Hi all, I have an ISY994I working fine in my home. I bought another one with a 2413S for my vacation home and for some reason can't seem to see the new 2413S. When I use the diagnostics to see the PLM it says it's not connected. I suspect and hope that I'm doing something wrong and that it's not DOA. I actually brought the 2413S home and tried swapping it with my existing 2413S and I can't control any existing devices. As soon as I plug my old one back in all is fine. FWIW, even when my original one is unplugged or if the new one is plugged in, it says that my existing PLM is connected, hmmm. I'm feeling kind of stupid, what am I missing? Thanks in advance, Adam
  9. Thank you both for your time, wisdom and patience! On a hunch I went and looked at my device list. Of the 28 switches and plug-in modules, 12 of the switches are older 2476D's and the plug-in modules are 2456S3's. I then changed out that closet switch in question with a new 2477D and the trigger worked! So happy! So now I'm going to change out the rest of my older switches and see how things improve. For a long time I've had sporadic operation of the system. I'm hoping for marked improvement. Additional question: Are the 2456S3's single band or dual band? Thanks again, Adam
  10. Hey All, I'm a newbie trying to program various triggers for around the house. Basically, if someone turns a light on, that same light should automatically shut off after the programmed delay. Below is the one I set up with a two second delay for testing purposes. What am I doing wrong??? For what it's worth, when I manually turn the switch on, my Administrative Console doesn't change from OFF to ON. Is it supposed to? Thank you in advance! Adam
