Jashanahan Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 I setup 2 Switchlinc dimmer as instructed via the ISY as a 3 way switch. Works locally just fine. When one switch is turned on or dimmer the other mirrors. However, when I try and control the switches via My Devices with the Mobilinc I get "Bad Message ISY failed to process...". If I go into My Scenes via Mobilinc and click on the 3 way scene I once again get a similar message"Bad Message ISY failed to process...". I cannot control the 2 switches via the Mobilinc via the scene menu or the devices menu.
arw01 Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 How does it function from the ISY admin console? (You will want to control the SCENE, not the individual devices) If it works perfectly from the admin console, then set event viewer level 3 and try from Mobilinc again. Do you see any attempts from the ISY to control the switches/scene? Alan
Xathros Posted March 4, 2013 Posted March 4, 2013 This happens to me when I've added/changed a bunch of stuff in the ISY that Mobilinc is unaware of. Go into Mobilinc Settings / Lighting Controller / Tap to Sync with ISY / Update Only. Then try again. HTH -Xathros
