eknapp
My ISY wont boot properly from power cycle. The factory reset option also does not provide the proper LED sequence as defined in the manual. It just has the blue LED lit. When I run the http://www.universal-devices.com/99i Java script it comes up to a very different basic admin console which has just a FILE tab and nothing can be done on programs or configurations. It does not autonomously request the password or login prompt any longer. Problem seems like it cannot find it on the local LAN and the IP address is corrupt. Is this recoverable without factory reset working or do I need a replacement ISY? Really disappointed with this products SW quality. Ed
LeeG
If a factory reset was done, that takes the ISY back to DHCP with the default userid/password of admin/admin. With IP issues and safe mode check the ISY connections. Make sure the PLM and Ethernet connections are not reversed.
