jmed999 Posted April 21, 2013 Share Posted April 21, 2013 I started the 30 day trail of Mobilinc connect a couple days ago and everything was running smoothly until today. I added a few program widgets to the home screen of my android device. Those widgets continuously have a hard time connecting. They are successful about half the time. I get the red circle about half the time. Any ideas on how to fix? I thought the point of Connect was to avoid these problems. Thanks for your help! InsteonNut Posted April 21, 2013 Share Posted April 21, 2013 Hi jmed999, There's probably another issue at play here rather than the connection. Can you try the following? - Open MobiLinc and go to My Settings->Lighting Controller Settings. - Tap the Sync button to get the latest info from your ISY. - Go to My Programs and verify that your programs that you want to use as Widgets are working properly. IE you can run, stop, enable, etc the program without issues. - Go back to your Android home screen and remove your program widgets. - Create new program widgets and test.
