ISY no detecting wireless ELK zones

ISY is just detecting the first 16 zones. The Wireless zones from 17 to 32 are not detected. ELk is controlling the wireless zones with the M1XRFTW.

 

Can you please help to be able to add the Wireless zones to ISY?

 

 

After checking some other things, I realized that the problem is not only the wireless zones, The ISY is not refreshing the changes made in the ELK.

So the problem is the connection between the ISY and the ELK.
